Views are good but home inside is maintained very badly especially in monsoon season. There is no hot water. Bathrooms are usable but scary due to some different kind of insects.

Don't book this property by online platform. I was booked this by GOIBEBO & at the time of check in they are denied & said that we are not tie-up with any online platform. They are just sold the property to another customer who pays more than us. Fraud making property.
Excellent location... Well managed. It needs some maintenance. View from balcony is great specially in monsoon season.
The location of this place is good. There are many bungalows in this scheme and some are very good , well managed with a beautiful view.
3 BHK Villa, good for 10 to 12 persons with good natural view.
