Chacha Inn The Garden Retreat

All basic facilities are available! Front office staff were helpful! One of the Restaurant staff was English speaking and very courteous. Helped me to choose the meal. Others may be avoiding due to language barrier. Overall I had a pleasant stay at Chacha Inn. It would be great, if security staff, bell boy and house keeping staff are trained to smile at customers, to make it better than today!

Amazing as always. You can close your eyes and choose this place. No place like this at Mount Abu. I do love Chacha inn. Thank you everyone for making this experience great. The late night Rajasthani singers stole the show! Mind blowing experience!

What a nice place beutyfull stay i would ever stay in hotel completely natural we meet chacha at this age he would like a young man and his personality was down to earth i want to say that he trained his staff very specially his waitors some of them are too good like AFTAB,DUNGAR,JASWANT, and some of them are to rude like PRABHU plz tell him how to behave theirs guest we don't take food and the time was 10 : 35 we told him to take our order but they cant then mr aftab dungar and jaswant help us other wise we sleep hungry thank you chacha for a beautiful stay ||Wah chacha wah |We loved u |.next time we also stay at chacha inn .|Theek he chacha

I would want to grade the hospitality and service here 100/5 stars LOVED our experience here, we stayed here 2 nights and had the most amazing experience for my family. Also would want to thank each and every staff member here, from the person who helped us park our cars, to the watchman who clicked lovely photos, all the men who waited our tables or the most helping reception staff, or the guy who sang for my parents' anniversary and the talented henna artist who gave me a complimentary tattoo Overall the best kinda experience, highly recommend for stay or food

All staff members are good in nature.specially bhavna at reception who put nice mehndi also.in restaurant are all staff are good in nature mukesh kumar,vipuk bhai .nice entertainment in evening is main attraction where live singer,rajsthani folk song,magician are there.swiming pool very nice.swiming pool staff also good who is always helpful to us, reception area staff good.food I love the most.very nice .fresh food available.all over my stay at chacha inn with my family is nice one.nice location where nice land scap garden . every thing is there where u spend ur time with ur love ones.we met also owner of hotel .who is very humble in nature and down to earth mr chacha .thank u so much .when we will come next time we will come here again.

Overall experience was good at staying this property. There was some +ve and -ve points about property for upcoming guests. Condition :(if you are booking balcony view room of hotel's front side i.e garden view) Location : One the best property in Mount Abu(9/10) Food : food was OK kind, limited options, open restaurant in garden with bonfire (5/10) note:I had tried only Veg items. Staff : From room service to receptionist to restaurant to waiter all were good and trained properly how to handle their coustmer. 10/10 Room : Room condition was pathetic, washroom was good 4/10 Garden and activity : I think the amount they are charging only for their beautiful garden, live music, magic show, swimming pool and outdoor infrastructure. 10/10

Really, it's excellent aboutocation, hospitality,food,cleaningNess, night dinner with live music. Swimng pool, staffs are very polite in nature and humble. Magic Show is also very good. Very well maintain the garden and fountain is also nice
