We had wonderful experience here. I came across this hotel through google and I must say hotel rooms are clean and as well cooperative staffs are there. Keep visit without doubt.

I don't know how and why people give 4 or 5 star rating...it is not even a hotel, A personal home converted to hotel..if u r going alone then u can stay here to save some money..but if tracking with family..it is not recommended at all..Here is my experience : Positives : 1. I feel service was good, they provide everything on time whatever we asked. 2. Nakki lake and local market is nearby everything is in walk in distance. Negatives: 1. ur car/ Vehicle can not reach up to hotel as hotel is inside gullies.. 2.No lift in hotel, very narrow stairs 3.Rooms r very very small, not for family 4.AC not in working 5.No any view from hotel, U may feel suffocated 6.No complementary tea/coffee in the room, no toiletries as well, except small soap. Not recommending for families.

This hotel is very nice with staffs are Excellent behaving and cooperating.. Keep bisitibg without doubt.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would like to give 0.5 stars but that option is not available here. We have to call every time for the 1 ltr of drinking water. The washroom is so unhygienic and uncomfortable due to the presence of sink worms with broken commode covers. They used to switch off the geyser from 8 pm to 8 am which is the time for everyone to use it. The rate is too high as compared to the size and facilities provided by the owner (3rd grade AC room with AC not in working conditions). But they forced us to book the room with AC charges. The bed is full of cockroaches for which we have two sleepless nights. There are countless negative points with zero positives about the room. In one word, they are looting the customer.
