Hotel suraj is the best place one could expect to stay very near to Balaji temple. I stayed with my family and it's been a relaxing and amazing stay with just 50 mtr. away from the main temple.. The staff at reception is helpful, Well demeanor and disciplined with great hospitality. The facility is equipped with decent space with all many ranges of rooms/ accomodation. You can witness widely spread and spacious parking with a great sense of cleanliness. The place is calm and quiet with good vibes and ambience . Despite the huge crowd and busy market outside the hotel is emphasizing and maintaining great service inside Thanks and regards to Make my trip MMT. Nice hotel in your panel

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Missing Amenities, Non-Functional Facilities, and Cleanliness Issues Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which was booked via MakeMyTrip. I had booked a Family Suite at a rate of 4,104 per night, expecting a comfortable stay. However, the amenities promised at the time of booking were either missing or non-functional, and I also encountered serious cleanliness issues. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Missing Amenities: Room Features: Balcony, Terrace, Fireplace Bathroom Essentials: Toiletries, Bathtub, Hairdryer, Slippers Comfort & Safety: Blackout Curtains, Child Safety Socket Covers, Electronic Safe Non-Functional Amenities: Wi-Fi Air Conditioning Ceiling Fan Kettle Cleanliness Issue: The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, making my stay extremely uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of my stay was that the hotel is close to Balaji Temple and offers a peaceful environment. However, this does not compensate for the poor service, lack of promised amenities, and overall dissatisfaction with my experience. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue through appropriate compensation. I expect a swift response.

rooms are okay, location is very close to mandir. Service is pathetic. The room service boy brought tea which had hair in it, he pulled out the hair from the cup with his fingers. Asked to take back the tray right away and asked for money instantly as the restaurant is on lease to some other party I think.

Nice location, very near to balaji temple, good restaurant but room are ok-ok, rooms and bathrooms are bit smelly. Good parking space and nice staff. Overall Nice Stay

Food,Service and Rooms were quite good. Suggestion:-Room Heater and Small sized hand towels would have made our experiences even more wonderful.

The hotel is just in front of the balaji temple, Parking is ample Rooms and bathroom are very very smelly Bedsheets are stained Floor was dirty Overall okaish experience
