HOTEL VINAYAK PALACE

Please take your own stuff with you ..they provide nothing expect roof bed, wall and water in bathroom...not hygienic bedsheet and other things ...and they don't like to serve good

It has very bad facilities and room is very very dirty and bedsheet and blanket is also too dirty water taps are not fixed properly very bad uotel

I stayed here for a night with my family. Took 2 AC rooms. The location of this property is perfect as it's on the main Balaji Temple road and just a few meters away from the main Jaipur -Agra highway. The rooms were basic but the AC was working perfectly which was badly required. Food was also okay and so were the prices. The property has enough parking space for the guests'cars.

Worst hotel stay ever. No light and power back up. Still claiming to be a good hotel. Very rude staff and cooperative admin service. Never seen such worst hospitality in a hotel where staff is claiming they can not help . There is no power back guest are staying outside the room rather than relaxing inside the room. Will never recommend anyone to visit this hotel. Worst worst worst alert!

I Did Dandavat From Balaji Mod Till Balaji Mandir,,In Between I Checked In At Around 1.30am,The Staff Arranged Me An Ac Room,Without My Any Prior Booking,I Didn't Had My Dinner,They Arranged Food For Me At That Time,,Infact Next Day I Had Lunch Thali(Good Tasty Food), At In-house Restaurant,,Very Good Staff, Thankyou Dheeru And Sunil,Stay Blessed

Its not a Hotel, Its a Dharamshala Pathetic service & condition of hotel. Asked to replace dirty bedsheets but the front desk person is so rude he told me "12bje raat mai aayega jb tk khade raho" AC doesn't work when complaint front desk said to manage or leave( also charged for ac room) Rooms are just pathetic, Dirty and old. Behaviour of staff is very rude. Do Not go even. Stay 4-5 km away from Balaji temple will be best. This Dharamshala going to ruin your trip. Don't go there.
