Hotel Gangaur Palace

We had to choose some nice place to stay as I had to attend a wedding at Makrana, which is not a very developed town. We needed the room only to stay at night and it was not bad. Bathroom was clean, though bed-sheet and pillow cover was not properly washed. At a rate of 700/- we neither expected much. Room was mostly clean and bug-free that was important.

If you're Searching For A Hotel Near Railway station. Than This Is The Good Option For You. There Is Lack Of Parking Space Because Of Too Many Businesses At One Place, And A Liquor Shop. There Is Good Vegetarian Food Option Is Also Available.

Very neat and hygiene place. Neatly maintained eventhough from entrance it may look interior small gullies and old hotel. The place very nicely maintained and appreciate the owner. Good vegetarian restaurant and food service to rooms too. Nice artful collections of paintings fixed at visible locations are eye catchers. Overall nice

Come to know that... this is the only good and descent place around railway station. It have multiple sit outs with single kitchen. Have both veg n non veg with reasonable price tag. Guys who travell / visit for marbles... better have hefty food first and start your search as you can not find clean and descent place like this around.

Location is very simple. But due to narrow streets it is hard to reach. Service of the staff is satisfactory. Room's interior is just basic like dharmshala. Bathrooms are of previous generations. Salient feature is Ghoomar restaurant which is at ground floor with a very surprising taste.

Good and co-operative staff and nice and clean rooms ,I would recommend this if you are looking for a good and affordable hotel in makrana.

Do not stay in this hotel. Just DO NOT.||Read on and I'll tell you why.||Nobody goes to Makrana for tourism purpose. It's obvious whoever visits Makrana is for only one reason- Marble.||There are far better hotels in Kishangarh (60kms) away or Jaipur (125 KMS) away and one can schedule a visit to Makrana during the day time and return by evening.Now for the review of the hotel:||The restaurant food is good, service is quick and the food is moderately priced.But there ends the good part. The rooms do not have a hot shower.All they have is a separate tap through which hot water is available and they provide a bucket and a mug for you to bath. Now the funny part is that the mug of the loo is placed BESIDES the mug for bath and God knows which guest will use which mug for what purpose. The less said about the blankets the better. Well they are stinkier than the blankets provided by the Indian railways. The rooms have a musty smell. The furniture and fittings provided in the rooms and bathrooms are of cheap quality and the whole place gives the appearance of a Dharamshala of yesteryears.

Hmm, this is the only hotel in makrana to stay if you need a comfort and tidy stay hotel is good for stay , if I talk about food that is also good , but the people who are running the hotel are not good , as there is no other option customer has to compromise with there forced rules , they don't give bills of foods , They have Paytm,google pay facility but say no if you want to pay them through these option Person sitting on reception for bills is really not good he never support you he works on his rule books . But there time is now going new restaurant had comes in makrana Milan sweets and restaurants.. on the main highway Best place I suggest If you want to stay choose Gangaur as there is no other option And for food Milan is there ... No to Gangaur there monopoly in veg food now gets end ... Change your behaviour Gangaur ..
