We had the most amazing weekend at the Tree of Life Spa and Resorts Jaipur. The rooms were excellent, food was amazing and the staff could not have vern better. However what made us feel good was the loving treatment rendered by the staff to our dog, Max. Unlike most dog friendly properties this was one property where there were no restrictions on our pet which gave us the comfort to relax. Service was exceptional. It was a delight to be greeted by smiling faces and to be served by such friendly staff. Our waiter on day 1 was so kind and polite he deserves a mention! Thank you Tree of Life!

Tree of Life Resort Stay! We recently stayed at Tree of Life for the second time, and overall, it was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience once again. The Royal Champa Villa was nothing short of exquisite--spacious, beautifully designed, and truly makes you feel like royalty. Being so close to nature, with a private pool and serene surroundings, added immensely to the charm of our stay. A special shoutout to Sana Khan for the warm welcome. Her thoughtful gesture of giving welcome and goodbye gifts to the kids truly made our experience extra special and memorable. It's touches like these that bring guests back. However, I must highlight a few areas that were disappointing this time around. The restaurant service during high tea was poorly managed. Despite it being 5 PM, we weren't served tea or even acknowledged, as the staff seemed completely occupied with a large group of guests. It felt rather unfair and unprofessional, especially considering the premium pricing of the resort. Additionally, the in-room dining experience left a lot to be desired. We received a raita that was far too salty to consume--something so basic shouldn't have gone wrong at a resort of this level. While we love the property and its ambiance, the service needs serious attention. At the price point you're charging, guests rightfully expect much more in terms of consistency and hospitality. We hope to see improvements on our next visit.
Beautiful property. Had a great|Time. Totally worth it.|If you are a nature lover and wants some|Peace in your busy life, then you should definitely visit this property. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is very polite and friendly
Great property and superb service. All staffs were good and specially Manish Meena front desk. Peacock everywhere in property. Food was excellent and villas are excellent. Hope to visit again as this property is now taken over by Taj. Thank you
It's our new favourite. Love the beautifully green property, its serene location, tastefully decorated comfortable villas, and supportive staff. I had visited with my dog and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay including the good food. We will returning soon.
The hotel looks promising, but the service and arrangements really fall behind when compared to the Villas with private pools of other properties. We were in Champa for 2 days, for starters the pool had greenish yellow water, on complaining they suggested to further add chlorine which would mean that we can't use the pool for atleast 6 hours. After spending an entire day and insisting the water change, they changed the water after an entire day and our day was wasted. Further, Room wasn't prepped and the dirty towels from previous guests were lying outside our villa when we were checking in. The pool beds had no mattress or towels and were burning hot owing to summers. Further despite mentioning that it's our anniversary, the room didn't have any complimentary and welcome fruits or chocolates. Their manager suggested to make good on experience to with we said no need. He insisted and offered discounts on further spending on message and food. Complimentary lunch or message after such an experience of the shoddy arrangement is something not to much for a hotel with focus on client experience. Nopes, they lack the foresight. When you book luxury for a special occasion, and have stayed at similarly priced properties for years you start to expect certain standards and bare minimums. Tree of life disappointed on all these accounts. Don't recommend it one bit. Leela and Taj are much better properties with such world class hospitality in the same price point.
Tree of Life was on my list of must stay places for a long time and finally when it happened, it's well worth the money spent. Every bit as I expected. Green oasis in the middle of Kukas.|Villas are beautiful, food is great, and welcoming team. Dog - friendly - Leo had a ball here.
