Worst experience ever! We booked this resort for a wedding, expecting a smooth and well-organized event, but it was a complete disaster. Terrible Management - The staff was completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Important arrangements were delayed, and no one took responsibility for the chaos. Poor Food Service - Many guests were left waiting, and some didn't even get what was on the menu! Unhygienic & Unprepared - Rooms were not properly cleaned, washrooms were a mess, and the banquet hall was not set up on time. Rude Staff - Instead of helping, the staff argued with us and our guests when we pointed out their mistakes. A wedding is meant to be a memorable day, but this resort completely ruined it for us. I would strongly advise against booking any event here unless you want frustration and disappointment.
