Condition: "The room was filthy, with stains, dirt, and cobwebs everywhere." "The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were dirty and stained." "The carpets were stained and smelled like mildew." The amenities were non-existent or inoperable." "The restaurant was dirty, and the food was terrible." "The pool was dirty and unkempt." Using words like "disgrace," "filth," "terrible," "dump," etc. Advising people to avoid this resort. A good way to open your response is by thanking the guest for their feedback and apologizing for their negative experience. The staff and people are very rude and disgusting and very very very bed. This is the last class experienced which we ever seen!!!!

I recently stayed at Nakoda Green Valley Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and we were given a room with a stunning hill view. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. The food at the resort was exceptional, we especially loved the Upma and Aloo Parathas, which served delicious curd. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to different tastes. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool, a relaxing spa, and well-maintained gardens.

Felt like at home. Rating: 3.5/5 Detailed Review: If you're looking for a home like stay with your pet while you're visiting Nathdwara for darshan, Sky Imperial Nakoda is the place to be! Its scenic location surrounded by the mountains, spacious gardens and a calm ambience will appeal to you and your pet's senses if you're a Nature & Peace lover. We stayed in a double room independent villa with our 1 year old Kitten. We were 3 adults in total. The rooms are well lit and super spacious. Your pet can run around and play its heart out! The staff is friendly, especially Prakash at the house keeping was active in fulfilling our needs. The in house restaurant is practically useful since the city center is far away, so all your food needs are met fairly well. The Chefs are good and accommodating. They try to adjust and work out any special requests or requirements you may have. However, in terms of facilities such as Swimming Pool, it's still underdeveloped. The pool doesn't have lights inside, so when it gets dark it's risky to swim in the deeper end. The depth is quite deep! There is no pool handle to get out which makes it extremely impractical and dangerous to use it, especially at night. There is no safety guard or equipments around either to help you out, if you drowned. The shallow end is extremely shallow and makes it unswimable. Another big concern is cold drinking water, specifically if you travel during summer time, like we did. We went during the scorching heat in April, and they provide only 2 complimentary water bottles (500 ML) per day, so we had to keep purchasing 1L bottles worth Rs30-40 per bottle (refrigerated ones) for cold water. If you have your own water, which we did too, you have to use their kitchen refrigerator, so you have to keep calling the restaurant for the water whenever you need it. We found it really inconvenient and expensive. There are no shops nearby for this as the resort is located at the outskirts of the city, close to the highway where there is no locality, shops or residences. It's quite literally deserted between the mountains. So all in all, the rooms and restaurant food is rightly priced and worth the money however some facilities such as lack of in room Fridge and swimming pool are under developed. You should make sure to carry ALL ESSENTIALS for you and your pet before coming here. Also, we had our own car which made going to the city convenient, otherwise traveling around can add to your bills. I do recommend it for Pet Parents and short visits. You will feel like it's a home away from home.

We had very unfortunate experiences we all developed gi infections after consuming food at resort restaurant .l am strongly say that food infection cause all us diarrhea and vomiting. Very narrow escape

My stay at Nakoda Green Valley Resort was a refreshing escape, surrounded by lush greenery and serene landscapes. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and nature. The staff were friendly and attentive, making it an enjoyable and peaceful retreat.

Bad experience with staff. The whole payment was received in advance for the stay but no proper facilities were provided as per the amenities mentioned (no proper Jakojii in royal suite no hot water in the winters )the page. No proper response after complaining also.

It is just finished with construction so we found the villa was a little bit not cleaned in the hall. Otherwise superb location. The receptionist was a little bit less co-operative while the other staff was very helpful and co-operative.
