The Wallflower Hotel

Stayed at Wallflower Hotel for 4 days and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-designed with a nice modern touch. The location is also quite convenient--peaceful yet accessible to key parts of the city. Most of the staff were polite and professional, and the service was generally smooth. However, I did have one unpleasant experience with a restaurant staff member who was a bit rude and dismissive. That was disappointing, especially considering how good the rest of the stay was. Food was decent, room service was timely, and the overall vibe of the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. If that one incident hadn't happened, it would've been a near-perfect stay.

Horrible experience! We had booked 2 rooms. When we arrived we had to face these horrible situations: 1. We got only 1 room. We got the 2nd room after waiting for 1 hour. 2. Yet again, we were shifted to another room on another floor, because the ACs were not working. 3. We requested for a simple roti at least for the kids, at 6pm. (We had to go for a function at 6:45pm). That too was denied by the kitchen staff , saying that their tandoor was not working. And they didn't even have the courtesy to inform us this! I had to order through Swiggy after waiting for 1 hour! 4. The closets in both rooms were broken! The closet lid literally is placed on the bathroom floor! We had to use it like that for 2 days! 5. All the plug sockets in our room were loose, not even one was working until we shifted to another room. 6. Even the location and the appearance of the hotel is not at all good and inaccessible. No parking at all. We had to park on the street at night. We had to endure all these after we paid so much! Never book this hotel. The only big room picture u see on google pictures, is just 1 room on each floor. Others are quite congested. Don't let the pictures fool you.

I had the most horrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, I booked the hotel after midnight because I was traveling and needed a place to rest. When I arrived, the front desk guy rudely lectured me about not booking a room after 12 AM, saying it counts for the next day. I kept trying to explain that I just needed a place to sleep for the night and would check out on time, but he wouldn't listen and acted like I was at fault for needing a room at that hour. Honestly, it was the worst first impression. If your hotel isn't set up to accommodate travelers late at night, why even be open? It only got worse from there. The room smelled horrible, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The whole place was filthy, especially the washroom--it was disgusting. The AC remote didn't work, so I was stuck in an uncomfortable room all night. On top of that, the door wouldn't even lock from the inside, which made me feel completely unsafe. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic hygiene is shocking. I don't know how this place is still in business. It's clear they don't care about their guests. If you're considering staying here, save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This was a nightmare.

I recently stayed at this place and will say that it is not worth the price. The rooms floor matt is completely dirty. We were there in winter and guess what, the geyser/boiler does not works. After complaining what we got is a balti of warm water. We were 3 people and had to use that one balti of warm water in those chilled cold whether. The reception staff was also not very welcoming and helpful. When we complained about the water issue, for the first half an hour we received the response that we are sending someone and nobody actually came for half an hour. The rooms are too small and have no Windows at all. The small window opens to all the severage pipe lines with all the foul smells. The bathroom has no toiletries like brush, paste, soap nothing. There was only a used handwash thats it. Really a bad experience.

Located in hustling bustling coaching area Rajeev Gandhi nagar, Hotel Wallflower stands tall. One amongst the best hotel properties in Kota, they provide great hospitality and good customer service. They have two banquets and 30 spacious rooms within the property. Also very Decently priced. Their restaurant requires special mention out of all. It's vibe & aura just goes right. Beautiful interiors and perfect table setup. You can choose from Italian food to great North Indian food. The quality of food served here and their taste is amazing and unmatched. Also the variety of Beverages/ Desserts taste tempting and perfect. Even the taste of Jain food served here is perfect. Highly recommended if planning for a stay, looking for a banquet or pure vegetarian restaurant in Kota.

Good budget hotel at very good locality, nearer to Malls and lot of eateries.

Room was not good No parking Food was ok ok Main problem is room is not good and small room no enough space... Bathroom also dairy look

Nice atmosphere but hospitality is very very bad ; staff is not helpful non co operative staff ! And food is also okay okay but they ambience is quite cool
