Very good Rooms, staff is co operative, location is good, near allen institute Landmark city, Ample parking space. I was feeling better and Enjoyful stay at Exotika Resort kota.

Extremely bad room cleanliness, Mice and Mosquitos all over the place, Bathroom doors jam and don't close. Excellent service is the only plus point.
