Nevaji Palace - Best Hotel for Wedding | Italian Restaurant in Kota

Services are very poor , not able to fulfill their commitments. Basic necessities in a hotel room were not provided like bathroom slippers, tea cattle, small t table, intercom not working properly hanger for hanging clothes etc. Whole night some noise in the bathroom drainage and smelling odour. Breakfast was complimentary in booking which they initially denied later on provided but delayed.

Most pathetic stay ever. I mean ssly do not waste your money in this hotel. Staff not responding to any complaint. Careless attitude shameless behavior and what not

I stayed at Nevaji Palace last month, and my experience was overall okay to good. The hotel is a bit far from the main city, which may be a consideration if you're looking for easy access to local attractions. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to find that there was an extra charge for early check-in, which I think should be more clearly communicated. Additionally, the service was a little slow at times, which detracted from the overall experience. I found the food to be quite costly, and many menu items were unavailable during my stay. Unfortunately, room service was also not an option, which was disappointing. To add to that, the hotel did not provide toiletries, so be sure to bring your own. On the positive side, parking was available, which was convenient. In summary, while the room was cozy and the parking was a plus, there were several areas that could use improvement. If you don't mind a few inconveniences and are okay with a more distant location, it could still be a decent choice.

We are a group of guests traveling from Mumbai and visiting here on account of a family wedding. I am writing this review by currently staying in this room. The management, the reception and the hotel rooms all are in a dismal state. Even an Oyo has a much better aura then this self proclaimed "resort". The rooms constantly smell of smoke, ACs are in poor condition. Moreover since lot of people get valuable belongings along with themselves, their lockers arw of absolute no use. They have lockers but they are good for nothing. You cant insert any code you cant lock you cant do anything. When asked about this from the Reception - they said that previous guests used some code which we dont know and now we are unable to reach them. And they dont even have a master key to reset those lockers . Oh and yes please carry a bottle of water with you if you are checking into the property. They dont give water even after multiple reminders. Please save your valuable money and check into properties which are far better in the vicinity if you dont want to end up disheartened.

Rooms were very good and comfortable. Although the staff came to us on just a call every time, but the major thing lacking was the helpful and efficient service. 1. Complete menu card was not provided 2. We waited for almost an hour for them to recharge the TV and start it for us, but lastly we left hope and used our mobile devices. 3. No water supply at 6 in the morning 4. Water in the taps were dirty till 7.30 am 5. Water force in the washbasin and faucet for super low and lazy

A decent hotel however they do not care about basic amenities like Light in the wash room was dysfunctional, did not provide towel, when I requested two, they gave only 1, despite I booked room for 3. again in the morning I hadu to rush for some important work they delayed the breakfast for around an hour that too complete items ordered were not provided.

Went there to attend a marriage. The place looks decent and was very well maintained. But there are patches on the ground where marriages are held, this needs to be fixed. The charges were also a bit high. There was a lot of parking space available. In total it was an average experience while attending that marriage.
