Rooms are really good . Polite staffs, but worst management , 1 . Unclean washroom 2. Extra charge over MRP asked for water bottles 3. Room intercom non functional 4. No roomservice available 5. Led tv non functional 6. No remote for air conditioner 7. No exhaust fan in washroom 8. Insufficient illumination inside room , no proper bright light 9. No dustbin provided 10. Only one pre used bar soap provided in washroom 11. No towel provided

A beautiful hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. And for such a large hotel galaxy inn in landmark city kunadi kota is very reasonable prices.literally one day had a problem with the bath reported, it was repaired in 20 min it's a great service. We'll going back. And reception staff is very honourable nature specially vishal bhaiya look like a gentleman

Good service and staff behaviour goood

The rooftop cafe was very quite. The sitting area was very hot and not properly ventilated. The food was okay but the service was very poor. Overall the ambience was not good. Would recommend to visit after sunset... the roof section is quite beautiful in the dark with all the lights and decorations.

No staff I stayed for 6 days, they cleaned my room just once , that too on repeated request. Their standard answer was sweeper has not come. Bathroom out let was clogged Staying in that hotel was nightmare for me No dining facility, if you ask just for tea they bring it from roadside eatery, and you have to pay 40 rupees per cup Worse than a well kept Dharamshala I have never stayed in such a dirty place Wastage of money

It was worst Hotel I ever visited in my life. You will feel like prisoner in this hotel. No responsibility taken by management. You will get hurdles on every step during food ordering and Payment. If you are bound with time then please do not visit this Hotel.
