Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kota Rajasthan

We had a wonderful evening filled with great ambience, delicious food, and unlock bar music . Though we went for the a la carte menu, we were graciously offered complimentary dishes to taste, which made the experience even more delightful. The hospitality stood out--kalu chef took excellent care of us with warmth and genuine attentiveness. It's rare to find such thoughtful service paired with a beautiful setting. Highly recommend visiting for a memorable dining experience.

Being a frequent visitor to Kota, I am quite acclimatized to the 4 star accommodations in the city. However, this being a tier 2 city, it showed with some amount of shadiness and quality control issues. During my most recent visit i was surprised to see a new but familiar name, Keys Prima by lemon tree and am delighted to say that this hotel has blown the competition away. They have managed to completely live up to the brand name and beyond by maintaining international standards when it comes to rooms, cleanliness and service. Once you are in, there isn't even the slightest hint that one is not in a tier 1 city. The staff is extremely friendly and polite and no matter what you ask for, is served with a smile. Rahul from the booking department was my first interaction and one of the friendliest hotel staff members I have spoken to. The manager, Deepak left no stone unturned to make as many exceptions for me to accommodate my hectic work regime and ensuring I remain undisturbed and am provided everything I need. Even though he was at what seeps like the highest post in the hierarchy of this hotel's management, he made himself extremely approachable making me feel very welcome and managed to maintain a perfect balance of protocol and exceptional accommodations which in my opinion is a true manifestation of the definition of Indian Hospitality. Last but not the least Jitendra from the front desk was very attentive to any request that I had and ensured everything was fulfilled without a fuss and pronto! The rest of the staff was also extremely courteous, neat, polite and welcoming. Each and every one from housekeeping to maintenance is trained to fulfill every request of a guest and to go one step further to make their stay as pleasurable as possible. From the rooms to the staff, everything is ergonomic, everything is spot on, I have never experienced comfort like this outside of Mumbai. They have not launched a new hotel, they have launched a new segment in accommodations in Kota.

Had an amazing dining experience at rooftop The food was absolutely delicious compliments to the chef Kalu Singh ji for crafting such flavour full and beautifully presented dishes. A special shoutout to our waiter Dorjee who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Great service

Me and my colleagues stayed at the hotel. This has been the best experience in Kota so far. The food and services here are very good. I really liked behavior and the hospitality of Chef Kaluram.

Excellent food at keys cafe , hospitality and taken care of every minute details. Varieties were available as per age groups. Children enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended to stay and enjoy food. Mr. S. I recently visited in keys prima lemon tree I must say the experience was truly memorable. The hotel was clean and the ambience was too good What really stood out was the exceptional service from staff especially our server mr ishant . They were polite, attentive and made sure we were well taken care of during our meals. Thank you so much ishant for making our day special.

Visited the restaurant. Awesome experience be it food or service. The staff was really very courteous. We got served by Tulsa and she was so warming and pleasantly let us have our meals. Kudos to the team.
