Hotel The Uday Regency

very comfortable stay and Grammy Rooftop bar awesome for Drink and Food and positive atmosphere of staff behavior hotel places in middle in city , large parking available and everything is good and memorable,Transport is available 24 Hrs by travel agent and publicly.

Hotel room are not proper clean . Bed sheet is not clean and smelling. Room is also bed smelling. Staff behaviour is not good ..no good services.. infact waiting whole night for a water bottle after 5 times call and they are providing in morning .. not good hotel . I will never visit again ..

The honour of the hotel is very nice person but the all staff behaviour is very bad. They are not know how to tackle coustomers. Because I asked at night for room and they said yes for room. And after when we are come they refused for room while the room was available. I am regularly coustomer upon 6 months. But they hurt us. 12|2|2024

Overall experience was good the staff was professional and polite, room service was also good however AC wasn't working fine and the room was a little dim, linens had marks and spots and looked a little unclean. Overall a good stay.

Unhigenic .. so many cockroaches everywhere. Rather than attending guests , staff was busy in celebrating owner birthday. We asked for sandwiches and they refused stating that paneer is used in birthday party.. we have to shout at them to stop the party at 1am

The hotel Uday regency is good for staying with delicious food and good service

I liked the hotel very much. The hotel owner and all the staff behaved very well. The rooms are also very good. And the behaviour of the front office Madam Ankita ji was very good.

One of the worst experience staying in this hotel. Staff was rude, even after so many call they didn't deliver the water in the room. There was owner birthday going on and entire staff was busy with that leaving guests on their own. They were making so much noise at 1AM that I had to yell at them
