Service was not great to be honest according to the price , they usually take like 10-20min just to bring water bottles

The rooms in this hotel are good and the staff here is also very good and the food in the restaurant here is also very good. The price of food in the restaurant is also reasonable and the location is the best. love it this place

We are four people and went to kota with a purpose of studies and hostel. On reaching hotel the pride we were provided with two room, my first impression was that the rooms are dirty, and sheets were not clean, in one room i could see spots or stains on them and in the other the entire bed had a strange smell of sweat like it was used right before we booked for it, though i am not claiming that it was but it had a weird smell and so yea it seemed as if it was used, they don't come for cleaning the room either. We asked them to change the sheets and had to wait more than an hour just to get the sheets changed to new ones. In the morning, I was hoping to go to the restaurant on this hotel and have a breakfast, but the restaurant wasn't clean either so we decided to get it room serviced. They told it will be provided with in 30 mins but they came late and moreover when they came they only bought 2 plates with 6 parathas only. We had asked for 4 people whereas we got food for 3 people only. Also, if you get a room in the first floor, you could be constantly disturbed by the sound of people cleaning dishes, making conversations, the ac makes thudding noise. We also didn't get any towels in the room, though i assume that it should be a part of the hotel room service to any new guest. In my opinion, location wise it is good, if you wish to stay here for a short while to drop someone off or explore the place near the Allen academy and spend some time in the beautiful park then yes it's understandable, but in regard to anything else it's not worth it, though it is adjustable but overtime you might get frustrated with how slow and unclean it is here.

Charging 1500 Rs for a Normal room while on goobibo and book my hotel prices are 800 Rs including tax

We booked 2 rooms and we were provided with one towel in each room and the manager asked us to share a towel between members in a very rude way. Next morning we ordered breakfast separately for each room as two of us were in a bit of a hurry but they took their own liberty and delayed breakfast and came with complete order all together which was ordered in a gap of at least 30 minutes. After checkout we kept our luggage at reception and later when we came to take our luggage we had to ask a couple of times for the luggage boy as the guy at reception said ok you can take your luggage. He was very rude during the whole stay

Good food great service Dipak and bubai visited pride hotel nagpur. Food is good though spread could have been more.....|Service is great. Everyone is good. All is nice and regency 1 hall u setup is excellent

Best hotel that i have used since my past 5 years good staff and very fast service. Rooms are clean and all situated in very good location.

Hotel The Pride, Well many people coming to Kota first go through a road where hotel the pride comes in a way and for shelter they prefer this hotel. Truly speaking yes you can stay in this hotel for 1-2 days it's all right but if you're planning to stay more than I'll suggest to look for another hotels in the region because the room rents here are starting from 1800rs for single accommodation, without food. I'll prefer you all to have food outside not in the hotel because they are looting new people in the region. A simple chapati here costs Rs12. Do try to have food somewhere else.. otherwise the location of this hotel is good as compared to the region and other facilities are also ok. Thank you
