HOTEL THE JOHRI

Recently Visited the restaurant of Johri Hotel and reasons for giving a bad rating are as under : 1. Although the rates are at par with other restaurants in Kota, but quantity is less at least by 30-35%. 2. After placing order, the preparation time is very high. 3. Taste of food is also little bit on lower side as compared to other similar type of veg restaurants at kota. 4. Most Disturbing thing is that they force you to take bottled water, That also of some unknown local brand and charge 30/- per bottle. Asking for normal water the staff simply denies : SIR SADA PAANI TO NAHI HAI HAMARE PAAS . Being a resident of Kota, I have visited various restaurants of kota, almost all good restaurants, but never experienced such behavior. Matlab Khane ke paise se mann nahi bhar raha hai, Paani se bhi paise kamao wo bhi Jabarjasti ! 5. Staff behavior is also not good, seems they have hired some daily wages staff without any training. 6. No parking facility. You have to park your car on road in front of Neighbours house. Risk of car theft is also there. 7. Aur bhi bahut si choti moti kamiyaan hain, kitna likhun, thak gaya likhte likhte I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody. Visit at your own risk,

Great value for money. I stayed for almost a week with my wife and didn't have any major complaints.

Hotel the johri is a best palace nd food is so good and staff behaviour is very nice...I am injoy every moment ...thanks to johri management...

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The management was very poor and the staff were completely unprofessional. The commitment they made at the time of bulk booking was not fulfilled. Additionally, the breakfast charges were higher as they charged for more number of guests than we actually had. When we requested records to verify the charges, they couldn't provide any and still overcharged us significantly.

I had nothing but discomfort and problems at the hotel. 1) Valet - they don't even tell you where they parked your car. (though it was in front of the hotel in the morning) 2) Check in - They asked me a lot of questions about a lot of stuff regarding payment, offers on goibibo claiming that my name is not on their system. The check in was delayed for at least 30mins after arrival. 3) Keycard - My key card was not working at all. Each time I left the room and came back, I had to ask someone from reception to accompany me and open the door manually. For which, the reception staff were very hesitant. 4) Cleanliness - The room was good. But very dusty. 5) Telephone - The telephone in my room was not working. 6) Room service - I asked for a Soap and towel at 6pm and never got it. 7) Water - From 11pm night, I contacted the reception staff at least twice that there was no water. No action was taken. I woke up at 4am for work and still no water. I came back at 7am and the water was muddy. Also, Hot water is only in your dreams. 8) Professionalism and hospitality was a myth for the staff in Johri. I am a usual traveller for work and have stayed in hundreds of hotels and undoubtedly Johri was the worst experience of all. I had to book another hotel the next day in the morning just to freshen up. The only good thing about Johri was that the AC in the room was good. Nothing else.

Terrible experience.. we had booked restro reservation for us 8 people, but as we got seated at our reserved place, another group of 14 people came and the rude manager told us to leave our reserved seats as a bigger group had come. We complained that this way, we won't come again but to no use, he even resorted to say egoistically "mat aaiye aage se, koi dikkat nahi h" and "Jisko complain karni ho kar do". I strongly advise all not to visit this hotel/ restro at any cost, lest you face the worst kind of unprofessional behaviour and humilation.

The hotel experience is very good food teste is awesome, ambience is luxury, service is very fast , staff behaviour is very smart and polite, location is very beautiful

We had booked a few rooms for an event which turned out to be a bad decision. Very rude manager, so unprofessional staff...they do not maintain proper check in and check out records and we had to settle bills which were all made up....no records were shown on account of the extra room charges we were made to pay. Do not recommend this hotel for stay at all.
