Hotel The Grand Chandiram

I recently stayed at Hotel The Grand Chandiram, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room was outdated and not properly cleaned, with dust on the furniture and stains on the carpet. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the shower pressure was practically nonexistent. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly when I asked for extra towels, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. To top it off, the air conditioning didn't work, leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout the night. The location might be convenient, but the lack of basic amenities and poor service made my stay a frustrating one. I won't be returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Slow and unhelpful check-in process - Staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Dirty room - Stains on the carpet, musty smell that didn't go away. Unclean bathroom - Mold in the corners and a poorly functioning shower with low water pressure. Uncomfortable bed - Woke up with a sore back both nights due to poor mattress quality.

Hotel does not have its own restaurant they get food order from outside nearby thelewalas and charge it overpriced. The room wall were full patchy torn up and bathroom tiles were also broken.

Guys don't book this hotel , the room which u will book they will not give u that, and when u want to keep ur luggage after checkout they will tell you to book seperate room to keep the luggage, which is very costly, so book carefully on ur own risk

The hotel is little dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staffs behaviour is not well n front desk guys were need improving way of talking also

Rooms are in poor state as wallpaper is coming out, fans make huge noise and ACs are old and cover is joint by tape. To make the matter worse people at reception are available which will ask for any random document for check in. They didn't accepted passport as proof of identity and insisted on other documents. Pretty much not recommended to stay.

Hotel Chadi Ram, Kota It's quite surprising that despite being in such a prime location, the hotel staff is extremely unprofessional. If you order even a simple tea, they demand payment upfront. Whether you order food, take a bottle of water, or have a two- or three-day stay, they require exact payment at 11:00 AM each day. Their reminders make you feel like you're indebted to them. The service is very poor, with no amenities offered. The rooms are great, and the property is excellent, but it's being managed in a very poor manner. My suggestion to the owner is: you've invested so much money; if you improve the system, this hotel can easily go from a 3-star rating to a 4-star one.

This hotel is not deserving a single star. Rooms are not clean doesn't for the family. In last zero from my side disgusting.
