Hotel Surya Royal

Room allotted to me was quite big with good interior. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast with varieties of options. However there are lot of opportunities for improvement like room maintenance needs to be improved. Sofas available in the room needs to be cleaned as it was stinking.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The housekeeping service was nonexistent--towels were dirty, and I had to constantly remind the staff for towel changes, which should be a basic standard. The restaurant was equally terrible; not only was there a lack of waiters, but I also found hair in the food, which was completely unacceptable. The only positive aspect of my stay was the night shift employee, who seemed to be the only person in the hotel who understood the meaning of hospitality. Unfortunately, this one individual couldn't make up for the overall lack of professionalism and cleanliness. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and will avoid it for any of my upcoming trips in the future.

The hotel exceeded expectations! Impeccable service, spotless rooms, and a prime location. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. A perfect stay--highly recommend!||Complimentary Brakefast was specially good.

Superb stay with good facilities provided by the hotel staff. Breakfast was also good and rooms clean. It is at a good area and accessible from the market of Kota. The location is near the good area of Kota. Even at night it is safe to come here via Rickshaw.

The party was held on January 19 at Hotel Surya Royal. Since I was in the U.S. and unable to attend, I wanted to surprise my uncle with a special celebration. After facing challenges with several event planners in India, I finally connected with Mr. Atul Vaishnav. He immediately understood my requirement and took charge of making it a reality. Mr. Atul organized a stunning cake, a beautiful flower bouquet, and champagne for the celebration, all while maintaining complete secrecy. To add a personal touch, he played the video message I had sent on a big screen, presenting it alongside the cake and champagne. This thoughtful gesture made the moment truly magical and deeply emotional for my uncle and the entire family. Atul's attention to detail, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to delivering an extraordinary experience were remarkable. From managing the decorations to arranging exquisite food and ensuring the seamless flow of the event, he handled every detail with precision and care. My family was incredibly impressed and touched by the thoughtfulness and effort put into making this milestone celebration unforgettable. Atul is undoubtedly an invaluable asset to your team, and I cannot thank him enough for creating such a memorable experience for my uncle and our family. I recently stayed at Hotel Surya Royal in Kota and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Several issues made my stay uncomfortable: Jet Spray in the Toilet Not Working - This was highly inconvenient and needs immediate attention. Faulty Charging Plug - The charging points in the room were not functional, which was highly inconvenient. Inconsistent Hot Water Supply - I couldn't get proper hot water for a shower, which was disappointing, especially in cold weather. I expected better service and basic amenities to be in working condition. Kindly address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests. Looking forward to your response.
