Hotel Surya Prime

Spacious, clean and well appointed rooms with toiletries, in the middle of Kota, convenient for access. Bedsheets could have been cleaner but it was value for money.

Great staff, very helpful and supportive, especially Mr. Arun at front desk. Would recommend for visits in Kota

The hotel rooms is great and good service

Hotel is centrally located near seven wonders opposite to the fly over. Only room service dinning no restaurant or banquet. Desk staff lack communication training, have rude accent if you ask about some information. Be prepared for an ice cold zombie gestures from front desk executive and blunt negative responses ( ex don't stand here or don't take news paper in your room). The room service poor boys are labours are over burdened in multi tasking and for house keeping of the room you need a good follow up. Rooms have good interiors with fixed smoked glass windows, so you can't see outside. Toilets are clean.

We have stayed in Surya group hotels earlier and this time too the experience was no different. However, car parking is on the roadside and although they have a security person to take care but you never know...||Rooms look and feel old, are spacious but an extra bed would make it sort of squeezed. Rooms are generally clean, staff is well mannered. Running hot water was available only during morning hours. ||Services were good. There was no restaurant in the hotel but we had the option to order breakfast in the room or have it in their neighboring group hotel. Breakfast however had limited variety.||Overall it was a mixed experience stay.

I stayed here and the experience was very nice...the staff is co operative and there is cleanliness..good location best for stay.. and food quality is very good

This property is located at jhalwad road on the main road near overbridge. It's easy to reach here and it took 25 minutes to reach from railway station. ||The check-in was smooth and quick and I was handed over keys in no time. The room was quite small but ok for solo Traveller. The bed size is also meant for solo Traveller only. The room was equipped with led tv , aircon and tea maker. The tea maker doesn't inspire me to even try it. Two complimentary water bottle of their own brand were provided which I did not try. ||The room was very neat and clean. The bed and the linen were perfectly clean .The bathroom was small in size but was neat and clean. ||There is no restaurant hence morning breakfast was served in the room which was limited in choice and quality. ||The checkout was quick. The staff is friendly and the service was good. ||Overall the stay was comfortable and good. |This one comes recommended for solo travellers on budget .
