Hotel Surya Plaza

My mom and brother recently visited Surya Plaza, and it was truly wonderful. The manager was exceptionally kind and treated them like family. I'm so glad they had such a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again soon. The breakfast and hygiene were also excellent!

Good hotel bang in the middle of the city next to the main highway. No dedicated parking space and during crowded hours, it can be tricky. Rooms are decent sized and beds are good. Sleep quality is very good.|Breakfast is on rooftop restaurant with good city views. Spread is decent and taste is good.|Inhouse dining is very good and soups and salads are fresh and highly recommended

Thanks to Manish Ji for a smooth checkin.||The housekeeping staff was prompt and courteous, providing quick responses to all our needs. I appreciated the warm water shower, and they even accommodated my request for a hard bed, which made my stay even more comfortable.||The room was spotless, with crisp, fresh sheets and towels. The balcony in Room 210 was a nice touch, offering fresh air.||The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and I'd like to give special thanks to Manish Ji, Pradeep Ji, Ramratan Ji, and Yogesh Ji for their exceptional service.||Overall, a highly recommended stay if you're in Kota!

Very bad experience,room is not as per room rate , service quality is also very slow.

I recently stayed at Hotel Surya Plaza and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings. They alloted me room with two single bed where i make reservation in advance for single occupancy. Overall, my stay at Hotel Surya Plaza was a major letdown.

Hotel is overpriced, specifically food is very costly one simple tawa roti will cost you 55 Rs. Avoid this place there are quite good options nearby

The hotel staff are warm & courteous. Though my stay was short, I had a great experience in terms of hospitality. The open restaurant (with the music) on the top floor is superb, it gives you Goa vibes. Special mention of GM Mr. Lalit, he is very helpful and kind. My best wishes to the entire hotel team. We went for a family dinner. The ambiance is good and a lot of food varieties are on the menu. Indian and Chinese cuisine items were good, but Thai curry was not that great. Brownie with ice cream was too hot, with little ice cream. Except for these 2 items, everything was good.
