Overall rooms are clean and hygienic but room service is very pathetic. You have to call minimum 2 times for anything. Moreover if you order food in your room they charge extra and have no idea at the time of final checkout why they are charging extra. They charge for food extra then what is mentioned in rate card.

Spacious Rooms. Good and comfortable bedding arrangements. Tasty breakfast comprising parathas, poha, sandwiches and chach. Polite and grounded hotel staff.

Hi All, Please check the my pics if you are planning to book this hotel. Room was not clean, it has cockroaches on bed, in boardroom everywhere. I has dirty towels, bedsheets, washroom. Food quality was not good. I t was really very bad experience. Manager attitude was not good. I am attaching the pics here , please check and make sure if you still want to go. Additional- it has new features :) in his bill with sign +/- that they used for round figure. First time have seen this type of bill. Its not about the money that comes under this +/- section but its about the the correct format of bill.

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. The management had no coordination and cooperation. The rooms we were offered all had cockroaches in the sheets. Room 110 had bloodstains and some other stains on the bed sheets. The room 105 had no running water and a non functioning ac unit. The room 306 had a open window which could not be closed so the ac couldn't be turned on, it also had mosquitoes in the bathroom. If u want to ruin your happiness visit this rundown place which will be optimal for only rats and other vermin's like the staff

Very bad service. I had my sister's engagement at basement hall. Ac were not working properly. During the time of booking they said 4 staff will be in hall every single time but not a single person was there to manage. hall was not even clean at the given time. For every single thing like food manage, music everything I was just doing up and down. Service was very bad. book it only if you want to ruin your function. your function.

My experience during my stay was average. Rooms are compact. Linens were dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned up. The reception guy is helpful. View from rooftop was pretty good. They have a lounge on rooftop and the place seems cool to chill out or for small parties.

Don't be fooled by what the hotel looks like in pictures. It is disgusting from the inside. There were cockroaches everywhere. There were no amenities what so ever and no telecom service to call them if you need something. Seemed like they never cleaned anything in the rooms, the beds were almost tuning black, dirty towels, dirty bedsheets, dirty dishes in the hallway. The rooms were in poor condition, bathroom jet was broken, ceiling had cracks in it, even the bathroom sink had cracks in it. To top it off, it had foul smell of mold and cigarettes. I wouldn't stay or recommend someone to stay in this place.

Hotel is located at a good location. Rooms are very well arranged, so they don't seem small. However, we faced multiple issues. First of all, on our 1st night, our room's AC stopped cooling. We could not sleep properly, hence we had to change the room next day. The restaurant Plates in the hotel serves excellent food, but never heats it. Yes, they served cold food. Both the breakfasts & 1 dinner buffet that we had there were all cold. We had to request them to heat it up. They need to keep their buffet warm.
