Best experience..... Whenever I go to Kota, I stay in this hotel. I stay here at least three to four days every month. The staff is very nice. The atmosphere is very peaceful.

Best Budget hotel with Good Service

Good hotel Room are not decorated It is on the road I. Front of park City is kota.... location is nayapura choraha....one can enjoy kachodi and pohara in nearby Shop

Amenities inside the room is very poor. No exhaust in the bath rooms, door of the bathrooms may not be closed, warm water for bathing (in winter) is not supplied, light in the room is only one and very dim, room wall is very dirty (with full of Pan Peech spitting). Attendent does not listen on call, no breakfast and food restaurant in the hotel. In the night, people sought on the reception making big nuisance thus one can not take good sleep in the night. Although location is good but amenities are very-very poor.

Worst hotel in the area, had very bad experience. We were a group of 7 people stayed for 4 days and taken total 5 rooms. The rooms were booked on spot over the counter (not online). There was some helplessness from our side, so we stayed here, otherwise there are many good hotels in the area we could have changed. None of the rooms in ground and first floor are good. Shaby room and bathrooms, poorly lit, dim light dampness in bath room. The taps and toilet tanks are leaking, latch not properly locking in the bathroom. Big problem for warm water in the bathroom which comes in the morning time only. But sometimes you have to request, shout and fight for warm water for bathing, imagine how you will bath during winter? I learnt they have few rooms with geyser, but unknown reason they don't give these rooms. Initially, I stayed in room no 102, lots disturbance in the night and early morning. The receptionist and his associate keep talking in loud voice as the customer keep coming, the sound directly comes to room and I could not sleep. I complained and the receptionist angry on me. Staff so casual, rude, not at all bothered about customer's complaint, it us routine affair for them. No restaurant, no Wi-Fi. The name is of Hindu goddess 'Sarswati' but owner seems to be Muslim. While paying through Paytm name appeared was Shaik Mehzabi Alam. I don't recommend this hotel unless you are helplessness like me. Not worth the price we paid.

Ek dum bekr... No service.. Phone is not working... Toilet light is not working. Room is full of mosquitoes.. 1% bhi comfortable nhi hain... I will Never visit this E class hotel and please others don't go here.
