Hotel Rallentino

We came here to eat dinner, but the service in this hotel is too slow. The taste and quality of food is also not as per expectations. The quantity they served was very less. The most worried thing is the rates of food, we think that being a 3 star hotel the food rate would be high, but the service, quality, quantity and taste of the food couldn't give any star.

During my recent trip to Mehandipur Balaji Temple, I had a stop at Hotel Rallentino on Station Road in Kota, Rajasthan. My experience was a blend of positives and negatives. Room for Improvement: - Soiled linen and pests in the room were unpleasant surprises. - Restroom amenities were average with below average quality of soap / shampoo. - Overall cleanliness. Redeeming Features: - The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views of Kota's skyline and served flavorful dishes. - The bar area, though dimly lit, had a cozy ambiance. - Friendly staff were eager to assist. Neutral Points: - Convenient location on Station Road. - Room size and layout were decent. Suggestions for Enhancement: - Prioritize room cleanliness and hygiene. - Upgrade restroom amenities. - Expand bar menu and improve food consistency. - Provide sachets of Tea / Coffee / Sugar Traveler's Verdict: Hotel Rallentino has potential but falls short on essential aspects. While it's not exceptional, it's not entirely disappointing either. Travelers seeking a no-frills stay might find it acceptable. Recommendation: If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with some charm, Hotel Rallentino might suffice. Will I Return? Possibly, if improvements are made. Tips for Future Guests: - Request clean linen and pest control upon check-in. - Choose rooms with city views. - Explore local eateries for diverse culinary experiences.

Worst service, they do not remain on there contracted terms. Even don't serve breakfast. Not at all recommended .

The hotel was booked for the stay of our relatives including our family. The rooms looked good but the quality would be described as sh*t, only 1 or 2 power outlets worked, the rooms became smelly after the use of the toilet because there was not enough ventilation. Room service would be described as below average, the bar service was useless as the bar timings were written 10am to 11pm but they served only between 3 pm to 6 pm (bc is time kaun peeta hai) which are not ideal timings. The only good thing was the food.

Excellent hygienic conditions, neat and tidy rooms, professional staff caring makes our stay very pleasant. Range of vegetarian foods backed by very good kitchen staff. Great Service, good location, flexibility for business travellers. Wwow experiences.

Rallentino Hotel, Kota: A Nightmarish Abyss of Unprofessionalism, Deprivation, and Customer Disregard - A Stay We Wouldn't Wish on Our Worst Enemy Our stay at Rallentino Hotel in Kota was an absolute disaster. The staff displayed an appalling level of unprofessionalism and rudeness, making our experience unbearable from the start. The room was devoid of even the most basic amenities--no toiletries, no hot water, and an absence of in-room comforts like tea or coffee. Despite charging a hefty 6500 for a two-night stay, the hotel failed to provide morning tea, forcing us to seek it elsewhere. The breakfast fiasco was a comedy of errors, with the kitchen conveniently closing at 10 AM on the first day and the chef mysteriously absent on the second, leading to a denial of breakfast both times. The staff's nonchalant attitude towards our complaints and requests highlighted a shocking lack of customer service. Rallentino Hotel is, without a doubt, one of the worst establishments we've ever had the misfortune of staying in, and I strongly caution anyone against subjecting themselves to such a dismal experience.

Only the location is good. It's near to railway station. Rooms just look good in photos but when u stay there u will find it just average. The bedsheets and pillows were very dirty, bathroom tap was broken, wifi not working, service was very slow, Ac was leaking water . Not worth of paying 2500. . Need a lot of maintainance. Find another cheap hotel near by.

Receptionist's behaviour is very rude. If u goes with an online booking then they behave very unprofessionally. We stayed 03 days and they didn't gave WiFi pw and kept saying that WiFi is not working. Very poor service. Their top roof music party and swimming pool is nice. Only for that I'm giving 2 star, that's made my evening .
