Worst experience I have faced in Bar services. Staff is misbehaving with customer. They are treating customer like their enemy. I would like to talk with owner of this bar, however I couldn't find the contact details.

This hotel looks like it was once rather good, but has not been maintained. Even the supposedly superior room we had (rs 1500 double) was marginally (at best) clean. We had to request replacement of the pillows (dirty). Room size was reasonable, but the room needed some paint. Plumbing was minimally adequate (e.g., the entire bathroom faucet rotated when you tried to turn water on-off - meaning that two hands were required to operate it - but you could get water).

I am an avid traveler and, there is not much States in India that I haven't been to. And I have wrote a lot of Hotel review for a traveler like me, and the experience I got from this Hotel just amazed me. I was in Kota to visit my two young sisters,I reached Kota around 11 am and checked in to the hotel.I negotiate with the bill and they allow me to stay the night for 800 rupees .So,it was the day before Rakhi and one of my sister went out with her friend and the older one went with me at my Hotel to discuss their fees ( They both are here for coaching classes).After having Lunch in the dinning room,we were heading for our room when they stop us. They were asking for guest ID which we gave them without hesitation.After that,they were asking me to pay double what we agreed upon.Can you believe it? It seems like Phul Plaza hotel in Kota got totally different rule apart from the rest of the country. After long argument I gave up and simply gave them 1500 for the room. I've been to KOta thrice after this incident and never thought about check in here in this hotel again.|But as I mention before, I've been alot of places and I simply didn't hide the good things even when I have the worst experience, I am non-vegetarian and I really love their food.And to the guys in counter,please do learn some decency in speaking with guest. And for the record,I have been to length and breadth of this country. We are never charged double for bringing guest to our room remember that. So don't just try to rip your guest for one small jack pot.I was in Kota and will visit regularly every month for next 2 years,i.e, till 2020,.But as I said before your face I will never stay in your Hotel again, I would rather sleep in railway platform.

I stayed here and selected the AC room, room was large & interiors were not attractive. Staff service is was also very delayed here. Just only one thing is that if they improve serice towards their customers then it would become best hotel.

First of all lets get simple things out, hotel room was pretty cheap i payed 1200 rs for 1 room for 4 people so i didn't expected much but not this bad though Pros. 1. Even when the ac was old af it worked pretty well and the cooling was more than descent. 2. Price was cheap. Cons. 1. Half of the lights were not working or bulbs were not present 2. A lizard was lying dead on the floor 3. Bedsheet OH MY GOD can you imagine a hotel room bedsheet that is so bad that you need to spread the blanket over it to sleep. Over all I must say if you are stuck in a situation of money crisis or you are in the middle of the night struggling to sleep somewhere go for it else NO! NO! NO!

Clean and tidy rooms although not spacious. Most of the amenities that should be provided by a budget hotel were there. Although, it was very noisy during our visit as some renovation work was going on.

Amid the government official buildings, the place is conveniently located to the business traveller. With easy accessibility it has an amazingly co -operative staff. Clean and spacious it has commendable service.

We Stay In Phul Plaza In Dec 2015, Room Are Basic, But Clean, Staff Was Friendly, But The Service Is Very [Poor, Location Is Also Good, Hot Water Supply Is Good But On Demand,Nice Hotel But Need The Improve Service,
