If you are family then it's not a hotel for you. I booked only via MMT and I got very dirty room when I asked for change my room then they mentioned this is the only room available now. Too much Cigrette smell was also coming in room. Didn't gave Towels also.

Rooms are not good, not clean, washroom was not cleaned it was stinking, someone had spit in the dustbin, walls were damp

Nice open banquet place with a nice decorated hall. On highway so easier to spot. Can hold family functions to big weddings.

Less positivr things to say about this place.good garden area to oragnize small events, birthday parties, engagement and some traditional rituals. Cons-Very Small for wedding. Rooms are dirty Bathrooms are even more dirtier. We rented this place 6 years back, only one room had ac that time and full furnished (first floor, corner room) normally known as bride room. After 6 yes they did progress, now ac in all rooms. But rooms are too dirty, in some rooms ac is not wrking, mattress bedsheets we're look like they didn't washed it from ages. Poor management, rooms is the worst part of utsav vatika. Hall in ground floor is okay okay, no proper washroom for events held in halls

now this place is lit af. once i visited with my friends. lots of greenery and a lushy green environment. subtled silence and peace all around. must visit place for my fellow mates of kota. close to samyak parisar. marriages and parties are also organised.
