Worst rooms and service. They even don't provide basic necessities. Infact they have made their own rules which are completely baseless. It's better to stay in guest house as compare to this hotel. Receptionist has no manners and no ethics how to serve guests.

Third class hotel, rude staff. Always ask customer to cancel oyo booking and take it offline and afterwards service quality is too poor. Not providing blanket, Ac not working and worst room quality. It was my worst decision to choose this hotel

Rooms are not clean there are stains on the walls and bedsheets. Also if you book online they'll give you a smaller room even if you book the largest of all. On our visit we had to fight with the receptionist for hours to get the room we booked Even the police calling was involved. Washrooms are neat and clean and also spacious. Outside food is not allowed and the menu of the restaurant is too costly. Smoking inside the room is not allowed but you can smoke in the corridor near the stairs.

Hotel kanchan residency, just remember this name for the best hotel in Kota. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to kota. Will be back to this place soon..!!!More

Worst oyo hotel I ever visited. Behaviour or staff is very rude and room is not nice . I do not recommend it to anybody to stay and never pay online money to any of the staff related to hotel

Don't book this hotel if you want to stay in the night. They don't allow food from outside and their menu is costly.I have stayed in room no. 207 which is just in front of stairs I had privacy some privacy concern and I requested another room which I didn't get. The room quality is also not worth it. I liked one thing here the staff is very good. They allow to drink in the rooms but don't allow to smoke. If you spill something on bedsheets you will be charged extra 400/-

Worst oyo i ever visited. I was travelling from pune to delhi so decided to stay here for one night but staff was very rude and room was very dirty. Blanket was smelly . I already told them that i will check out at 6 in the morning. There was no staff available there in the morning and they closed the main door. I have to wait there around 30 minutes for the staff to open the door.
