Customer Feedback: Disappointing Room Quality I recently stayed at [Hotel/Property Name] and felt compelled to share my experience regarding the quality of the room I was assigned. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations, primarily due to the cleanliness of the room, which I found to be completely unacceptable. Upon entering the room, I was immediately put off by the state of the surroundings. There was visible dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, with dirty towels and unemptied bins. The carpets were stained, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. It was evident that no effort had been made to maintain a standard of cleanliness that one would expect, particularly considering the price point for the accommodation. Another significant issue was the cost of the room. Given the level of dirtiness and lack of basic cleanliness, I found the rent to be disproportionately high. I expected far better conditions for the amount I paid. It's frustrating to feel as though I did not receive value for my money, especially when cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of hospitality. I believe that maintaining a clean environment should be a priority for any establishment, and I hope my feedback can serve as a wake-up call for management. I would recommend a thorough review of housekeeping practices to ensure that future guests do not have to experience what I did. I would think twice about returning until I see improvements in this area. In summary, my stay was marred by dirtiness and a lack of care, especially for the price I was charged. I sincerely hope to see some changes implemented for the betterment of future guests.

Very poor and low quality hotel no staff response and don't have any talking sense. My lifes worst experience in this hotel bathroom are not cleaned and don't have any type of knowledge want to give it nagetive review

Very good. budget hotel yet clean room Everything including Ac, geyser, telephone, WiFi, even tv channels are working. Amazed to see Liquid soap, shower gel,towel,clean blanket everything available. Didn't need to call up reception for anything. Room service is good and prompt. Staff behavior is very Humble. Food was good, tea was best.

Minimum is 1 star otherwise I'll give half to service , ground staff is good but the reception and administration is too bad. Arrogant . Manners less , they need to learn how to treat guest. And also find room suspected. So couple should be CAREFUL of not being VIRAL. Rooms are average.. not too bad not soo good.

Based on my experience at Hotel Mittal, I must say that I was disappointed with the state of the rooms. Upon entering my assigned room, I immediately noticed a strong odor that was unpleasant and made it difficult to breathe. The room was also visibly dirty, However, I must say that the staff at Hotel Mittal was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the state of the room, the staff tried their best to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and provided prompt service when requested. In conclusion, while the staff at Hotel Mittal was commendable, the state of the rooms left much to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

It is Very affordable as compared to other hotels in that area with same facilities. Infrastructure is beautiful. It is generally booked by the patents/guardians of students studying there. Hotel staffs are friendly and service is good and fast as experienced by me. Bedsheets and Linen was clean but room was little bit smelly. Food quality was good. Overall my experience was very good there.
