I have visited the restaurant with my family and the service they provided along with the hospitality was worst or i can say even the staff was misbehaving with everyone. Managers present there were not even taking responsibility for anything they were sitting ideally there. The food was also not that good And the service was like you went to a dhaba even dhabas are much better I would suggest to never visit this restaurant and just boycott this place from my list.

We just had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great. Quantity was good but the price can be considered to be on the higher side. Ambiance was nice with rooftop sitting and music playing.

Food is not save we got the plastic peice in the harabara kabab. And they took the payment for that. Bad food and bad behavior

This is good option for budget hotel nearby city points . Under chhhawani bridge . Room size was good with all modern amenities. No buffet in breakfast but have good options Recommended

My experience at the Banquet was extremely disappointing due to the poor service and unprofessional attitude of the staff. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff was rude, inattentive, and made no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. Requests were either ignored or met with dismissive responses.

Attended a party. Food and services were amazing. The staff is very polite and conducive.

Had to give one star because of the google review policies, otherwise i would have given "zero star". My time at the banquet was very underwhelming due to the lack of proper service and the unprofessional demeanour of the staff. From the start, it was obvious that customer care wasn't a priority. The staff was unfriendly, inattentive, and failed to provide a welcoming atmosphere. Our requests were either overlooked or responded to with indifference.
