Hotel Karan Villas

I had a great stay at this property, it has a heritage vibe to it and the views are of lush green trees. There is an outdoor patio to sit and relax while listening to peacocks. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful to me and understanding. Great value for money. P.S: there is no parking for the 4 wheeler but the outside street is wide enough to park it safely.

Rooms are good, staff is well mannered. This place will give you a feeling of rich heritage of royal rajputs but the only drawback is the location. Took time to locate the place although the staff is helpful but trying to understand the location on phone call is difficult. Overall nice place. Had stayed twice and recommended the place to a friend but he too had trouble finding it.

If you want to experience old era of rajasthan haweli , then you must visit here , location is great , room was great , furniture was bit old and needs maintenance, AC was there and working properly, food was just woww, bathroom was clean , we had to park our car on street ,plenty of space was there in that street for parking , if you want to see peacocks in the morning then this is the place, lots of artifacts and small interesting paintings were also there, so my experience was excellent, I would recommend everyone to visit this place

Of late, the place has become terrible. The desk staff is utterly unfriendly and the service quality has degraded. Moreover, many things in the room were not working during my stay and hot-water was not available for bathing. I had booked the same throygh OYO, and these people asked me extra money, more than the price mentioned on the OYO app. The only saving grace is the cooking staff, who are phenomenal but they are paying for the ill-natured and greedy management.

Pros: big bedroom, big washroom. Clean hotel. Cons: No restaurant, untrained staff and worst room service. Also, they cancel online oyo bookings and you have to book offline with higher price. Almost feels like a scam and very INSULTING for customers. This area is outside the service area of UBER and swiggy and it's hard to find a cab there. Hotel should understand that it's Kota and not Jaipur, if you want higher price for your room, work for it. If you don't want oyo bookings then just detach from oyo and see how many bookings you are getting. Oyo is providing you business but instead you are being disrespectful towards oyo customers. Please improve so that guests can enjoy their stay.

The environment of this hotel and around area was peaceful. This impressed me . I was here for two days. My all over stay was great. I have enjoyed my stay. Service was great and fast. They help us just like family member. Room also good and well maintained.
