Hotel Galaxy Inn

I have stayed in so many hotels. I love traveling. I had my Worst experidnce in this hotel. They would charge you for things which u didn't order. Room service was not given. No one deserves this kind of service after paying huge money. I will not recommend staying here. Extremely bad experience. Hated it.

this hotel was a value for money. I was also very satisfied with the staff at the property. They were all very helpful and well behaved. Would definitely recommend this place to all who are planning to visit kota.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff is completely useless and the manager is totally rude and kind of threatening us. They would scam you for the booking and ask for night charges extra in the midnight. They got some wierd conditions. Also they directly compare themselves with oyo so just think about it thrice if you are going there. Also they would charge extra for water bottles. And as well as no wifi in the rooms. No room service even after calling multiple times.

Very warm welcome by staff, they are so humble... Rooms are clean and at affordable rates... Food is also tasty and reasonable... They have rooftop restaurant which is good...

It's wonderful experience our trip to kota hotel is very good near to all coching institute food is very tasty

Galaxy inn is a wonderful property stay for family its near by all major institutions like allen motion all market near by,brekafst is very tasty like allo parantha very tasty front desk is very helpfull im recommend for all parents for stay this hotel

Hotel is was a value for money . They were all very helpful and well behaved

Room aand staff behaviour is very bad . Must think twice before coming here. My advice is not to live here.
