Hotel Flowers Inn

I had booked a stay at Flowers Inn Hotel in Kota for my daughter's admission to an entrance coaching institute. Being from Kerala, I wasn't very familiar with Kota, Rajasthan. While searching for accommodations near the admission office, Google Maps showed this hotel as highly rated, so I decided to book through their website, managed by StayFlexi. Unfortunately, the problems began as soon as we arrived.||We flew into Jaipur and took a train to Kota, arriving early at 6 AM. After taking a cab to the hotel, the receptionist informed us that check-out was at 9 AM--just a few hours after check-in--due to their policy of check-in at 12 PM and check-out at 9 AM the following day. I had made the booking starting from 12 PM the previous day but wasn't aware of this unusual policy.||Additionally, during booking, I forgot to add my daughter as a guest because I assumed the largest room would accommodate at least two people. However, the staff demanded an extra 500 for her stay for just three hours. Their attitude was dismissive, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. It felt like they were running a well-organized booking scam. I even noticed other guests waiting helplessly in the lobby due to similar issues.||I strongly advise against falling into such traps. Always book through reliable platforms and don't trust reviews blindly--they can be manipulated

I had a very disappointing experience at Flowers Inn Hotel, Kota. I had booked the hotel through their website (managed by StayFlexi) for the business travel to kota. Being from Kerala and new to Kota, I trusted the high Google ratings--big mistake. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight journey, only to be told that check-out was at 9 AM--just 3 hours after our arrival--due to a strange policy of 12 PM check-in and 9 AM check-out the next day. I had booked the room from 12 PM the previous day, but this was never clearly mentioned anywhere during the booking process. To make things worse, I hadn't added my kid as a guest, assuming the largest room would obviously accommodate at least two people, especially since I was renting the entire room and not using a dormitory facility. Still, the staff demanded an extra 500 for brief stay of just a few hours. Their attitude was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional, with zero focus on guest satisfaction. It felt like a well organized trap. I even saw other guests stuck in similar situations, looking helpless in the lobby. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying they had no authority to do so. I had no choice but to abandon the booking and find another hotel nearby. Please be cautious when booking this hotel. Don't trust the ratings blindly.

The room is not good they are charging 1800/- plus GST but gave the room pathetic just doing business here. The rooms are smelly, the toilet flush is not working properly and the door handles are not good, It was a very bad experience If you are giving this much try better hotel

Best place for family. Staff is really familiar, cooperative. Rooms were clean. Amenities are basic but reasonable with the lowest price as well as location. Highly recommend for families.

Terrible service. Unresponsive clumsy staff . It does not even have basic amenities, No electric kettle provided , no clean washrooms, no parking space .Completely different from the pictures which the hotel has uploaded

Worst experience as they have no working flush in toilet, no TV working, even bad room service , even they don't having towels for bath. 11 times I called them for towel and they give me 1 towel for 3 person. Never go here this is costly guest house, even guest house is better then this hotel.

Deception is the word..rooms look no like the pictures displayed..for starters the bedding, sheets and pillow covers were stained, felt like used..fridge broken with fungus and water..curtain rods broken.. bathroom ceiling broken..steel rusted..washroom unclean and smelly..dustbin so dirty.. Also, untrained staff and almost no amenities..had to ask for towels etc..there is practically no ambience.. Staff attended the calls and changed a few things but the replacement were as bad as old ones.. Never ever stay here..!!!!!

Excellent...Awesome experience. Staff is very polite humble and cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean.
