Hotel Chitrakoot

Ordered food in train with instruction less spicy n less oil. The person delivering forced us to accept the parcel though bag was full oily from out n no jeera except 2to3 jeera. Rice was stale n sticky. There was no mixed vega as in menu. Rotis were roadside kind n 2 spoons of vegetables. 225 as charged for stale food to b refunded. Railways n railrestro approx should not be used.

Dont dare to try their food... Neverrrr We ordered while we were in train but trust me it's very very low category food. We ordered special thali, In that dal fryy , oh my godd achha hai ki me dal fry khana nahi bhul gya.

Worst experience !! Never stay at this hotel ... Not couple friendly do not stay with your family. Rooms , bedsheet, washroom were dirty and didn't even changed after asking for change ...worst service... Will do scam if got to know you are not local or came from any other state/place ask for extra money Not even a single time worst experienced second time .... So please don't stay

Hotel has small and dirty rooms. You can easily find good room in the same price near railway station . Hospitality is worst. You are not going to get even a glass of water by the staff till you pay for that. Bed sheets and blankets were dirty. Bathroom was also dirty and not maintained. Never think about staying here even for a night.

This area is not much developed.It has importance since Lord Ram spent few years of his exile.Mandakini river & famous Tulsi and Ram ghats yes it is the same place where tulsi das ji performed chandan tilak to sh ram. Good boats are available here.||many hotels and ashrams are available.Here is one small room in ashram where continuous chanting of jai Sia ram (akhand) for last 118 years is great itself. pic of this room & Hanumanji is attached.

I stayed there for almost 24 hours. Hotel is very very near to railway station. Hotel is Okay if you want to stay for a short duration (Not recommended for family stay). They also have in-house veg restaurant. Staff, owner and manager are helpful

Order# 10873421, I ordered dinner via railrestro to your restaurent. But your delivery boy failed to appear. Feeling bad for your at your level of customer satisfaction. Better stay away from online delivery option.
