Collection O 70296 Hotel Sarover

Worst service ever in life. Booked through OYO app and paid through the aap online. The hotel manager was not happy with the amount we paid. He made us wait for a long time in the reception irrespective of us being very tired after travel. The room was very unhygienic, bed sheets were already used. It was already in use just before we entered. The bathroom was really bad. They didn't even have a mug. Kept an old disposal bottle for use. When I asked to change the bed sheets, the manager replied "you booked a classic room & not deluxe." Staffs are not cooperating at all. List is endless. #Oyo should stop collaborating with such hotels.

Not good experience, wifi not working, washroom shower not working properly, wall paint was in pieces due to water logging. Breakfast was not provided at the first place even after charging 170 Rs at the time of booking.

Very unhygienic......when i reached the hotel they asked me to pay extra as i was with a girl and very unprofessional staff........lack of customer service. This property should be banned for giving the worst experience a customer can imagine.

Room is okay. Televisions not working. You will get AC ducting instead of Split AC. Room Floor is very dusty. Bedsheets not so clean.

Rooms are quite ok but wifi connectivity not available on second floor onward.

You can spend an overall good time, Still improvement in the Services are recommendable! Staffs are cooperative.
