HOTEL PALM PACIFIC - A New Luxury Resort

Decent for break journeys. Good staff and helps out. We checked in very late; and they arranged dinner for us. Breakfast/Tea starts after 8:30 am. Spacious rooms. Average cleanliness.

They say pet dog allowed, pet cat allowed. When i called for booking rooms, they asked about breed and when i said golden retriever, they said don't allow golden retrievers..i think they should mention specific breeds that are allowed so as to not misguide customers. And should remove 'pet friendly' from their listing in website.

Hotel is good for stay but requires some good effort & management. Main issue is location. I couldn't get any ola/uber service there and their private taxi was way too costlier even though I could afford that but it didn't seem reasonable to me. Another issue was cleanliness. Pillow cases were dirty. Tables had dust on them which wasn't pleasant at all.

A nice little surprise of innovation, the robotic restaurant seamlessly blends technology and The exceptional service , service is swift and precise, but the true highlight is the exquisite, fresh cuisine--both a delight to the palate and a feast for the eyes. The minimalist yet elegant interiors underscore its futuristic charm, making it an extraordinary culinary experience.

We have an good experience, the staff was supportive. There was issue of water pressure and hot water other than, the food quality and stay was good I would recommend any family or bachelors travelling. Thank you.

I stayed at the hotel from December 8th to December 11th. The room was excellent, and the service was outstanding. A special mention to Ms. Ruksana Khan at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful. She upgraded my room and went above and beyond when my car had an issue. She generously offered her scooty for my use. I highly recommend this hotel, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Ruksana for her exceptional hospitality.

Receptionist is not good he didn't know how to handle the customer and DOGS are not allowed, while the RATAN TATA hotel Taj allows the dogs. Frequently said, the overall resort is not good because of receptionist person whos don't cordinate seriously. For pet dogs Property hi allow nhi krti main gate se bhi andar nhi aa sakta.

Hotel Palm Pacific is at perfect location it's at outskirts of Kota at the highway which make it nice calm place. Hotel is big and rooms are pretty neat you will definitely like it. They also have robotic hotel you can experience that too but they can also serve at room. They have plenty of parking space. If you are directly going without booking than do check with them in advance as they also runs marriage garden.
