I had a wonderful stay at Udai Natur Velly Resort! The property is beautifully nestled in nature, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting!

It is a wonderful destination to visit during the monsoon season. The room accommodations were average, but they included all the necessary amenities. The villas are far superior to the tents. The location is opposite the Taj Aravalis. Amazing to spend some chill time with friends and family.

Our group recently visited Udai Valley Nature Resort, and the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unresponsive and did not offer proper hospitality. The website mentions private pools, but in reality, none of them were functional. All the pools were in terrible condition--dirty and clearly not maintained. When we requested cleaning, the manager simply said it was not possible. The overall property is very old and poorly maintained. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. It's a complete waste of money

Zero service. Basic hospitalities amenities missing - Tea/Coffee/Dental kits/shampoos/Glasses and many more things. Rooms are not prepared well. We added extra mattress at the time of booking, but we didn't receive it. Entire staff was playing blame game on each other. Unresponsive too, especially their restaurant manager Shakeel. Lunch buffet of 500 rupees has just 4-5 items and that too not taken care properly. Tea/coffee served in disposable small cups at Breakfast. When asked for proper tea cups, manager denied it by saying we don't offer those, you can bring it from your rooms. When asked to refill Body-wash liquid/Shampoo, we got it in disposable plastic water bottle and asked us to refill by ourselves. Not recommended at all for anything apart from view. Hope we don't have to face more surprises at the time of Check-Out.

Terrible Experience - Unethical and Unprofessional Behavior! We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. Initially, we had booked a stay earlier but couldn't visit, having paid 2500 in advance. When we requested a refund, they kept delaying, making false promises about returning the money. Eventually, we had no choice but to book the hotel again. During our stay, the food was below average--completely not worth the price. Since we had already paid 2500 before, we decided to use that amount for the food bill. However, when we checked out, the staff refused to acknowledge the prior payment. Even after showing proof of the advance payment, they refused to let us go on good terms. The most shocking part? As we left the hotel, the staff chased our car on a bike, demanding 2500 that we had already paid! This was not just embarrassing but outright unprofessional. Such behavior from a hotel is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble--stay somewhere else! This place lacks integrity, professionalism, and decent hospitality.

To the owner The location is the best but, Rooms are dirty, tv not working no toilotery provided without demand, no cattle for tea, even no glass, no spoon, only 2 small water bottles for 24hrs( no normal water) we have to purchase water if needed more. Very costly restaurant one tawa chapati Rs 45/... Reception response is not upto the mark, 9 no mostly no reply, if came personally no one is there. Property is good but other amenities as shown required to upgrade...if someone listen customers suggestion and improve then it becomes best destination.

***Save your money and stay away from here. The photos are completely different from what it is on site. We went there but did not at all liked the property. We had to book another hotel then. We were assured that the refund will be provided within 48 hrs but none. Then we called for more than 5 times and at the end they said there will be no refund. Very rude staff.

We went to this hotel after looking at reviews and photos. Pros: 1. No pros Cons: 1. This is not even close to how it looks in photos. May be they have not updated photos from 5 years. 2. This is way far from the main road. We wanted to live in a peaceful location but this is way too remote. There are too many resorts in the main road. 3. We still went that far, but in the reception they just told us where to go for the rooms, did not send any staff member with us. It was more than 150 meter away from the reception. Then for formalities again they asked us to come at the reception. They were simply cutting the call whenever we were requesting something. So, we decided not to stay here because of uncleaned rooms, pathetic receptionist ( also location was not good either).
