Ram Bihari Palace, Alwar

We group of 12 adults n 7 kids went there for holi, nice place for weekend gateway but food quality was below average , we all didn't like the food . Hospitality was 4/10 specially kitchen staff was behaving like they are the real owners and they don't care who is eating what or what not I'll give 1/10 to so egoistic chef and restaurant supervisor . Lower staff was amazing and polite. Reception guy was also very polite .( narendra)

The Developer has put heart and soul in restoring the palace. staff was very caring and polite. Shri Dilip and Ravi particularly served diligently. Ambience is good. Memorable experience. The power supply is erratic. The telephone networks are not available. Wi fi is very weak. If you need a laid back holiday with normal food, little communication need,visit the place.

I must say, this heritage property is a true hidden gem. The architecture is beautiful, showcasing the best of Rajasthani culture. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property and hospitality combined made it feel so homely. I went there with husband. This palace is covered with mountains and has traditional historical touch. The food was amazing. Even the staff members were so helpful and humble. I will definitely visit again with my family to spend more quality time. Thankyou for having us.

We came here for a family get away!! It was one of the best experiences, what Ana amazing visit. The staff here will take care of you like a family. Hospitality and FOOD was truly the best. They accomodate all of your requests and will make sure you get the most of your time there. I came here with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday and they made sure they could create a great experience for us. Best place for an outing. You can enjoy it with your friends and family. The view from the terrace and the peace we feel there is the main point. Everyone is gonna loving it.

A memorable experience ,,would highly recommend everyone to come here at least once .The place is located between 3 mountains and a lake near by ,visible from terrace like a perfect location for a resort . Mr Naresh and the entire staff was very supportive and helpful the check in process took little to no time. The food was scrumptious ,fresh and authentic the rooms were comfortable and lastly the Rajasthani folk dance was awesome .The greenery was very well maintained .Overall a perfect weekend getaway destination and an experience me and my family will never forget .
