Medhavan Resort, Sariska

My stay was great! 4.5/5 Cons listed in the review are just minor areas of improvement. Pros - Peaceful, serene location. Close to Siliserh lake and Lake palace. Clean rooms. One can observe many birds and even crocodiles in their natural habitat. Helpful staff and nice food, sitting arrangement in the garden area and terrace. One can cover tourist sites of Alwar city and Sariska reserve. Cons (as of April 2022, I think some of these will be fixed soon) - Away from city and road is below average, no or very less cellular network apart from Jio, if you don't have your own vehicle then rate of conveyance to go to Alwar city or Sariska is high and options are limited. Nice, polite villagers but government authorities need to check few drunkards etc throwing liquor bottles, plastic wrappers on lake's bank.

The resort is located at the edge of a lake which makes it an ideal location to sit in their lean and enjoy the evenings. Rooms and bathroom are clean. They have a power back up which is very much needed as lights go off often in the area. They provide wi fi again very helpful as network is not good other than jio. Food is amazing. Special mention to staff - Neeraj (caretaker), Chetan (cook) and Guard. All 3 are extremely helpful and welcome you with a smile. Our guard had plenty of stories to share and was a really a nice person to talk to. The owner's (Mr. Gaurav Jain) father was very helpful and welcoming. In the mornings you will be taken on a tour to watch crocodiles. Again a great experience. We loved the place and will be back again! Thank you Medhavan team for making our stay worthwhile.

Location is good , u can enjoy the view of siliserh lake. Can improve on the quality and taste of food.

Best place with reasonable price and marvelous view of Lake. And the main thing food was just amazing.
