Hotel KumKum

Guys, I stayed here for a night in Winter (December) and had a pathetic experience. First, don't go by the 4.3 star rating on Google reviews. I would give it a 1 star rating. Why? Because the room's bed and pillow can be bad for neck and back, the TV doesn't work, the room smells like mould and soggy walls, the electric kettle doesn't work, the bedsheet and pillow covers have marks on them, AC doesn't make the room hot ( like the temperature will not even reach 24C in winters), and most importantly there was no phone to contact the reception. Overall, I would suggest to inspect your room first before booking. The customer service can be really bad while you converse with them. All the best!

Very bad rooms given by hotel kum kum. The outside view of the hotel is like a 4 star but inside you get nothing. Shower not working, hot water not coming and toilet jet also not working... The room door is like a wooden ply only. Backside of the hotel railway track is there so continuously trains sound and horn sound coming so you can't sleep properly.

The hotel is situated in close proximity to the Kishangarh Dumping Yard. The rooms are generously sized and there is ample parking space. However, the restaurant falls short of expectations as several items listed on the menu were unavailable. Additionally, the seating in the restaurant is not particularly comfortable.

Very nice place to stay with family and friends. Staff is very friendly. The room price was cheaper than our expectations.
