Staff if very supportive and helpful...we went for our exams and staff helped us as best as they could...rooms were spacious and good ... bathroom can do with some upgradation.....add some family friendly touch and the place can become something really grt

Worst experience of my life....never ever visit again in this pathetic hotel.......not a single drop of warm water to bath.....nor a single staff is doing work on one call....neither suggest this place to anyone.

The hotel charged extra for breakfast while the booking was room plus breakfast. Openly they changed their statements and denied providing bills for the stay. Very unprofessional attitude. The room was stinky too. Not preferable for families.

The location is good n interior is also acceptable. Toilets were not cleaned properly, Room ac were not working. Staff behaviour was average. Food charge n taste were ok but the only hotel i saw in which water was being charged more than MRP. MRP was 20 n they were charging 25+GST.

Worst place,with rude and goons staff,at reception you can meet a haryanavi girl,who handle reception with worst behavior with guests .There is no guaranty of your confirm booking,as they can denied you to check in on your confirm booking. If you are going here for stay from OYO booking. They denied you to check in with goons like behavior.This hotel resort is worst,no customer care,no proper clean washrooms,they will not provide you drinking water for free, and will charge 40 rs per liter of mineral water bottle. If you paid Oyo for complimentary breakfast,this hotel will not provide you breakfast for complimentary . They will charge you heavy rates for breakfast. This hotel is like a mouse trap,dnt ever go there.no security not at all,security issue for guests. No proper staff no facilities nothing. DNT EVER GO THERE,THEY WILL LOOT YOU.

Cons ) The hotel dog bit my leg. Belongs to the hotel owner without any leashe. Very agressive. The room service never accept calls ) No water. You have go down to the receiption to get water in your room tap ) rude staff ) Smelly swimming pool ) Room is broken from many places ) No food available in the restaurant. Reception guy was drunk when we came in

The Hotel/Resort are on Ajmer Kishangarh Highway. There are very good facility of Swimming, Bar, Restaurant and room. Anyone family group or company employees can book for party..... The service of Hotel are very best in this area. The Bar/swimming and restaurant are open till 11:00 PM.

It's on Jaipur Ajmer Highway near Kishangarh. Beautiful location can be seen from highway. Palatial hotel, big rooms, good native n Indian food, Bar, very big restaurant, sweeming pool, very big 2 lawns, good service, polite waiters n staff, taxi service available, all n all excellent Resort with 24 big rooms.
