Aravali hotel and restaurant

I came, and to my suprise it was not as in the photos. The whole place is under construction with a lot of dust and open wires. I left my bags at my room and went to see around. Suddenly I had an emergency that required me to leave to Pushkar immediately (relative got injured). I asked nicely if I can get a refund or a partial refund because I will not sleep there (only two hours passed from check in). They said no with zero interest and very bad attitude. I left the place.

I love the support they give to us, very helpful in middle of the night at 2 am hotel was empty but they come to hotel only for us. Other hotel options is closed that time to they help us . They give 2 double bed room in 2k+500 extra room single , room are very basic you can sleep here and take rest.

I have serve at all kind of consideration

Very very dirty rooms and everything is dusty

Low cost nd high quality facility A.C room available
