"Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place!" My stay at this property was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. Despite its promising appearance, the reality was far from satisfactory. Here's why: Food: Low Quality: Meals were poorly prepared and lacked any real flavor. Hygiene Concerns: Some dishes seemed stale and far from fresh, raising serious questions about food safety. Limited Options: The menu was very limited, and even basic items were unavailable during my stay. Service: Unresponsive Staff: Requests for assistance or basic amenities were often ignored or delayed. Lack of Professionalism: The staff seemed untrained and uninterested in ensuring a comfortable guest experience. Rude Behavior: On multiple occasions, the staff were outright rude when approached for help. Other Issues: Cleanliness: Common areas and rooms were not well-maintained, which added to the unpleasant experience. Overpriced: The service and quality did not justify the high rates charged by the property. In summary, this property completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations of food, service, and hospitality. I strongly advise against booking a stay here. There are far better options elsewhere that actually value their guests and provide a pleasant experience

They are fraud people.. Please don't ever consider going there for your vacation.. We had booked the stay offline with a prior payment of five thousand.. Due to some family medical emergency, we had to revise the booking which we informed a week before.. but neither did they gave us a repeat booking normal did they refunded us anything.. They kept making excuses the whole time DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR VACATION YOU WILL BE LOOTED

Service are not proper. Food quality are not standard. Hidden charges evern after fix bid booking. Not suggest to visit this place if you don't want to waste money.

Please not visit this property. There are hidden charges which are not disclosed when book offline. Many Excuse given when final payment made. Again suggest please avoid this property
