The Shergarh Resort , Ranthambore

A beautiful resort in the heart of India. ||We travelled as part of a tour group and this was the best accommodation by far.||The room was spacious, clean, had hot water and clean linen. Bottled water was plentiful. ||The food in the restaurant was great with lots of variety for all palates and dietary requirements. The wine was also lovely and reasonably priced.||Check in was easy as was check out.||The souvenir store had well priced items and the best turnaround service for clothing ... love new skirt thank you.||Beautiful clean pool, which was fabulous after safari. ||Best foot massage in India, in an air-conditioned facility. ||Close to the tiger park and a fabulous spot to stay.||Thank you.

The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained. Tropical oasis vibes. Lush green landscaping and welcoming outdoor spaces to relax. Pool is cute and there's a beautiful giant tree offering shade in the courtyard. Staff was warm and welcoming. Food was great for all 3 meals. |Room was spacious, clean, and also really cute. Details in the decor make it really standout.|Power went out several times over a 2 night stay. But never for more than a couple minutes.

The hotel is set in beautiful gardens with a good sized swimming pool. Our bungalow accommodation was generously sized and very comfortable. All kept very clean & tidy. Our meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) were served in the central dining building. The choice of food was great - Indian cuisine with enough flavour to suit the English!

I have rated this high while taking into consideration that this is not an urban location. I would think of this as a rural area and therefore the facilities and rooms are excellent for the location. The host/owner is very welcoming and available if needed. The rooms are clean (ours had a beautiful ceiling) and the bed comfortable. The garden setting is most enjoyable after being in busy cities and the pool was a delight on a hot day.

The location of this hotel could not be better for travellers wishing to visit Ranthambore National Park, as it is only a five minutes drive to the park entrance. The gardens and pool area are very well maintained, which enabled us take some time out of our busy itinerary to truly relax for a few hours. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. Although the cleanliness and presentation of the bathroom could have been improved, the shower was excellent! The staff are welcoming and friendly and the complimentary bottled water was much appreciated. As we were part of a group tour, all four of our meals were served buffet style and a greater variety/choice of dishes would have been preferable. Despite this, I have rated this hotel the maximum five stars as we really enjoyed out short stay here and would be happy to recommend a stay to others.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the bed is massive and so comfortable? The shower is the best shower I have ever been in and the staff are exceptional. ||The hotel is 5 mins from the tiger park where we say tigers an amazing experience. ||The food was lovely and there is an amazing pool that is very well looked after. ||Stay here.

the owner and all the employees were so nice and welcoming. rooms were beautiful and cold despite the heat. the shop contains items hand made or painted by people in the town, and sometimes they bring by young women to do henna! the owner would let us swim at night after our long days. food was great! amazing atmosphere and would definitely come back

The rooms are beautiful, air conditioning is everywhere, the staff are very very nice and courteous, and the pool is clean and refreshing. The gift shop is a go to if you want custom made Indian clothing or trinkets! The food is amazing with a good mix of local and western options so there's always something new to try with options changing daily.
