All over, I think the management has a very laid back attitude in this hotel which I would never want to experience again. Luckily, we spent our time mostly on the beach and did not have to bear the hotel service much!! SBI please look into this. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Avoid it. AC doesn't work properly in some rooms. Their RO drinking water is in the washroom near the commode, which is supplied in rooms. The washrooms are not clean.

I had booked 3 rooms in this guest house via SBI last week. I must say the experience was not upto the mark only because of the rude behavior of the management. The manager at entry desk is very rude and their tone is always loud. This is the first time I have experienced such behavior from the managers. Moreover, we stayed for 3 days and not a single day we were provided with room service, toilets as well as room floors were not cleaned a single time throughout our stay. The first day we ordered lunch and we were served at 3:30 PM, we did not rely on the hotel restaurant after that. We go to the rooftop restaurant and the food is delicious.,

Hotel serrvice is very poor and employess do not working properly much more time wastes in here and poor service

They selling goods more than MRP that is not right.... And i stuck in lift due to there electricity Issues. I'm not happy with staff .
