DuneScape Luxury Resort

The rooms are good but their hospitality was totally bad. We booked our new year eve in sam at this resort and the whole package was around 4 times the normal day cost but the sad part was that even after paying a good amount we were not given enough time in dunes for enjoying the landscape. We were forced to do the whole safari part in 30mins. Also they have a check in time of 3pm but they don't have anything to give you in snacks or any consumables till late evening. Advise: Plan your trip with a self drive or rented car for a better experience.

Dune Scape resort is located near Sam Road. The place is really nice and quiet. Resort has different kinds of tents available for couples and family. The resort has a common area in between the tents, where there will be a Rajasthani Folk Music Program, Rajasthani Matka dance and other attractions are performed. Has really co-operative staff members. The owners are also really helpful and friendly in every aspect. We stayed here from evening 6PM to next morning 10AM. They offered dinner and breakfast. Dinner had 2 Sabji, Rotis, Rice and Dal with Salad and Churma. Breakfast was served with Tea, Coffee Bread Butter, Bread Jam, Aalu Puri. Both dinner and Breakfast had the best quality. We had a requirement of Swaminarayan food and they made seperate dinner and breakfast for us. The rooms has seperate bathroom and heater inside, which helped to have hot water bath anytime in between your stay, and we need not to wait for any specific time for hot water shower. The Resort is having a sunrise and sunset viewing place at a little height, where a bunch of people can seat, have a sunrise view and a sip of coffee altogether. Overall a really great experience with DuneScape. Less Expensive compared to nearby tent sites. Good Service. Highly Recommended.

The rooms were neat and clean, staffs were well mannered and the location of the property is awesome, yes the rooms charges are bit high but you will get yummy foods and nice services.

Amazing place to experience premium tent stay at Sam near Jaisalmer. It's 35 km from Jaisalmer city. Experienced a great stay with Rajasthani cultural program and sun set and sun rise view was amazing at tent side hill. I love the camel ride and Thar safari. There are lots of tents around there are so expensive. I love the humble nature of management staff especially manager is so supportive.

We stayed here for 2 days to experience all the desert activities. But this place turned our stay into a nightmare. I dont know where they get all the high stars from but if you can you must avoid this so called "resort". The bedding wasn't washed when we checked in, with dirt and hair on the pillow covers and bed sheet. Towels were dirty, hair in the bathroom!! The rooms are a hazard for small children, with broken floor tiles, which cut one of the kids in our group. There are open wirings inside and outside with tripping and electrocution hazard. The food is the same everyday. Dinner :Dal bati + Panner in gravy + Rice + Chapati Breakfast: Poha + Puri/Shak Snacks: same fritters from previous evening On the 2nd evening, it seemed they used the leftovers from the previous night. 1st evening we got blankets during the evening show, without asking, Then 2nd evening, no blankets even when we asked for them!! Maybe Because 2nd evening, there were only 2 other groups of 4. So AVOID this place if you don't want to ruin your holiday. This is not luxury place, but a very low quality site with high room charges taking advantage of the holiday season, and uninformed holiday-makers. This place ruined our holiday, but I hope that it will help you decide better.

This place is not a Luxury resort. There is nothing luxurious about it. Dunescape at best can be compared to a budget stay, BUT with high prices. The high prices makes it look like a luxury place. Please dont be fooled by the name and the pictures, if are booking through an agent ask them to avoid this place. And there are many other much much better places to stay in and around Jaisalmer. I suggest, you ask for latest pictures of any tents you plan to live in Jaisalmer, if booking from agents. OR, just go there and look for a tent, view it and then book it. If not going through an agent. We booked this place online. At this place they asked for FULL payment (apparently they dont use card machines) as soon as we checked in, and we were stuck with what we got. We asked for a refund as the quality of this place was abysmal, as soon as we saw the rooms. Which was refused. Then the manager disappears and avoided us all through our stay. The food was same. I got the feeling they used leftovers from the previous day (even the rice felt stale), except for the chapati. Room bedding were dirty and dangerous, with open cabling everywhere.

When I was visit the hotel I found that it was extremely wonderful. I stay for a night with my wife & i enjoy it . The staff is very polite & also helping. And hotel cleanliness is nice. Over all I enjoy my stay.

Superb resort in jasalmer sam. My own experience is the Dunescape Luxury Resort is very good location and the tent quality is very high and room amenities is very good quality .I suggest see first Dunescape Luxury Resort then compare another resort in jasalmer. Best one of thing food and kitchen facility's provided in night. Food taste is very good.
