Zero Stars - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A Captive Nightmare Masquerading as a Hotel This place doesn't deserve even a single star. It's an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry. I booked a stay here based on the promises listed on their own website - promises that turned out to be blatant lies. Upon arrival, the "complimentary services" advertised were nowhere to be found. When I brought this to the attention of the reception staff, they initially denied everything, then resorted to pathetic excuses and outright rudeness when I presented their own website as proof. The location is a complete trap - it's in the middle of absolutely nowhere, making you entirely dependent on their awful services. And "awful" is an understatement. The room service is a joke. They're rude, unhelpful, and seemingly allergic to providing basic amenities. I was refused extra cups and glasses, told they simply "didn't have any." The in-room consumables were shockingly poor quality - from the water to the shampoo, everything felt cheap and unpleasant. And forget about anything extra. They actually tried to give me a used comb, claiming it was "on call"! Absolutely disgusting! The staff are unbelievably small-minded and nickel-and-dime you for every single thing. It's clear they're desperately trying to squeeze every last rupee out of their guests. And the harassment didn't stop after I checked out! I've received multiple phone calls from the reception desk demanding more money for supposed "unpaid charges." They claim the owner is forcing them to do this - a clear indication of the predatory and dishonest management. This hotel is a rip-off, a captive nightmare, and an insult to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest stay. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the potential financial exploitation - STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You'll thank me later.

I recently stayed at this lovely property with my friends for our reunion, and it was an amazing experience. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the food was excellent - it felt just like a home-cooked meal. While the main sightseeing spots seemed to be a bit far, this wasn't an issue for us as our goal was to spend quality time together. For that purpose, this place was absolutely perfect. "We had a wonderful and memorable stay at this resort! The location is excellent, conveniently situated approximately 200 meters from the national highway with a smooth, motor-able approach. The food was absolutely mouthwatering, and we were particularly impressed to learn that all preparations were made with organic vegetables and dairy products sourced directly from the owners' own farms. The hospitality was outstanding, and we extend our sincere thanks to the management and the talented chef."

Recently, we had my Sister's marriage at Umaid Palace and let me tell you, it's an amazing property. It's vibe, beauty, everything is exceptional. Umaid Palace has huge Lawns, Swimming Pool and it will give you a palace like feel because of its architecture. The rooms are spacious and have proper amenities. The food here is absolutely delicious whether it be the Buffet or A La Carte. We were impressed by whatever we ordered from their menu. Talking about the Staff, they are amazing at their work. The entire staff is professional, well dressed and they took care of any needs of our guests. All our guests were very happy with their service. Special mention of Pushpendra from the Reception Desk who really helped us by giving the takeaway gifts to all our departing guests throughout the night and early morning. It really meant a lot to us. Overall the experience with Umaid Palace was superb and our stay was very comfortable. Looking forward to visit again, soon. Highly recommended!!

Stopped here for lunch while traveling from Vrindavan to Mumbai, and the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into a palace. The place had such a royal charm that we instantly wished we could stay the night. Every corner was adorned with antique decor, adding to its timeless beauty. The food was fantastic, and the outdoor seating area was absolutely stunning. What made the experience even more special was the owner--she was incredibly warm and personally involved in everything. I'd love to come back and, next time, I'm definitely staying for at least two nights!

Although not as old as Jaipur's historic palaces, Umaid Palace blends heritage design with modern comfort, providing a boutique experience in a natural setting. The use of locally sourced materials and the eco-conscious layout complement the surrounding landscape beautifully. A highlight of the stay is the traditional Rajasthani food, freshly prepared with organic ingredients sourced from their own gardens. From dal baati churma to gatte ki sabzi, every dish is flavorful and served with warm hospitality. The property is in good condition, with well-maintained gardens, clean rooms, and courteous staff. However, some pathways and signage within the retreat could be improved for smoother navigation.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the food was excellent - it felt just like a home-cooked meal. We booked this place for the Holi long weekend with a group of friends. 10-12 of us. The holi arrangements and water supply was real fun. Lobed the chaat bandhar put up for the celebration. However, For the price charged it was definitely not worth it. The heritage rooms are as basic or poorer than 3 stars. The room did t even have a fridge. The ac stopped working which was repaired on day 2. Water pressure isn't good and the bathroom is very basic. The food served isn't as per standard. Instead of the buffets included we liked the ala carte better. Worst was the hospitality which was non existential. Just one server Uday, who was helpful. Overall, I don't recommend this place. I saw mostly guides bringing big foreign groups here and guess that's their strategy. But if they up their service and food, it is a beautiful property otherwise
