Seengh Sagar Fort ( Deogarh Mahal )

This was a highlight in our trip. We were taken from the main hotel to our fort - atop a hill in the countryside in the middle of nowhere. The hilltop views over the lake were stunning. Beautiful to see the sunset & sunrise here & enjoy the peace, the birds, the views. Walking around the lake we saw nearby villagers about their daily tasks with the animals. ||The staff were amazing with individual attention and service that was impeccable. The owner came & had a drink & chat with us & we had a local display of singing & dancing after the evening meal.||We would loved to have stayed longer. It was a fantastic experience. If you want to get away from the bustle & chaos of city streets then come here. We will remember this place.

Beautiful Boutique Resort - very well conceived and executed ! Located in a serene setting, on a private lake. It's a very exclusive fort, spaciously built with 4 exotic rooms, named after 4 Ragaas ! A nice courtyard, lovely terrace overlooking the private lake of the resort. Each room is unique and worth exploring ! ||||Staff is courteous, ever-ready to serve you with almost anything you ask for. We were delighted with the company of Mr. Singh & his family (erstwhile Maharaja of Deogarh) over Lunch. We also enjoyed his company when we went to a Safari in his Dhameda (a converted military Van).

I think this place made our trip successful. Amazingly awesome place with very supportive staff. They will make you feel special with the kind of hospitality they provide to all their guests. Feel free to ask for anything (*reasonable) and they would help you with that.||Must stay if going even around this place :)

A pearl in an Oyster. A 300 year old property which has just 4 rooms to offer, surrounded by a lake and massive rocks. Ideal getaway from the busy streets of India.

Juz love it.. perfect for private family function.. lake side.. very beautiful peaceful place.. staff is friendly... Food is great.. i ll visit again...

Very peaceful and silence area Not everyone can enter in this but seen can outside if you want to go in you need to take permit from deogarh Mahal that 8 km from this place
