A Truly Royal Experience at Umaid Bhavan Palace, Jodhpur - 10th May 2025||We had an unforgettable stay at Umaid Bhavan Palace on 10th May 2025. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. Ishpreet at the reception was extremely kind and polite, making us feel welcome right away.||Sikandar ji gave us a fantastic tour of the palace -- his knowledge and storytelling made the heritage of the property come alive. The palace itself is stunning, grand, and impeccably maintained.||Our kids especially loved the cookie-making session, which was a delightful and engaging activity arranged by the hotel. It was a thoughtful touch that added so much joy to their stay.||The indoor swimming pool was beautiful, and the lifeguard was very attentive and supportive. Dining was a pleasure too -- Karan ji provided excellent service and made each meal special.||A heartfelt thanks to Swaroop ji, who surprised us with a lovely gesture for one of our birthdays, making the celebration truly memorable.||If I've missed mentioning anyone by name, it's only because every staff member was so kind, professional, and supportive. Thank you to the entire Umaid Bhavan Palace team for a truly royal experience!

Umaid Bhagwan Palace is absolutely another level. This is a top notch hotel of highest level, the excellence at par.||It's luxurious, grandeur and extremely opulence. It's located within easy reach of Jodhpur. The palace has lots of palatial features beyond th e so-called seven stars hotels. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly, polite and very attentive to the guests needs. This impeccable service making our stay here truly unforgettable. From the welcoming check-in to the attentive housekeeping, everything was seamless.||The Team: Surendra, Bhupendra, Swaroop, Rajveer, Saddique, Jabir, Rajnandani and Parkhee, Jakhang, Rawal, Shobit and Alka have been absolutely brilliant. Needless to mention anymore staff as they were all absolutely exemplary in the services they provide.||It was my wife's birthday, a day before and without telling us, they organised it all incredibly well with no extra charge. They treated us like royalties which I shall never forget. Umaid Bhawan Palace and its staff provided the most magical experience during our stay. From the moment we stepped onto the property, it felt like home; the accommodations to the beyond friendly staff, I highly recommend this property. A special thank you to Sikander who made our stay especially inviting. His knowledge, his grace, his calming presence. You touched our hearts. Then a big shout out to the chefs for teaching us the Rajasthani cooking ropes! They welcomed us into their kitchen and taught us how to cook incredible dishes. An additional thank you to the bartenders who gave us a bartending class and always made our cocktails with TLC. And to daily yoga! I highly recommend this property!!

The rooms are regal and the city view from atop the hill upon which the palace is built is breathtaking!||I enjoyed the breakfast courteously served by Narendra, Jabbar and Souville.||The high tea is sumptuous and Ganga ensures that the tea is personalised to your taste. The Charlies can be gold plated like Rambagh Palace, Jaipur to add to the royal feel.||The checkin was done with great aplomb by Aniket and the checkout with utmost grace by Rajnandani :)||My choice, Ciambotta Tart (Truffles & bocconcini) which was not available for In Room Dining at 3am (understandable) was served to me for breakfast to ensure that I at least enjoy it. Thank you for that!||Last but not the least, the sendoff in the hotel taxi had their expert airport representative Ranu Singh who ensured a smooth checkin and security process. I was impressed!!!

I travel for a living, and so have stayed at some very nice properties over the years. And our experience at the palace was far and away, second to none. Karan was attentive and not only met out needs. But went above and beyond to introduce us to new foods and flavors that we wouldn't have otherwise. Sikander dutifully and patiently reminded us about a wondeful tour of the palace that we were able to experience, showing us the grandeur of the maharaja and maharani suites, telling funny stories, and guiding through the incredible history of the palace. So many others made our stay wonderful. I'd also like to call out the gentleman who attend to us by the pool. Always ready with a plastic cup so we could enjoy our drinks poolside. And the chips and salsa he brought over! That may be the best salsa I've ever had. Who you managed that on the other side of the planet of Mexico is truly a feat. Will definitely have to get that recipe! Our room was incredible. The upgrade to a palace room was very appreciated. We were blown away when we walked in. Also, the chocolate fowl we were presented with for Easter was a delicious surprise! I can't say enough great things about all of the staff, and the property itself. Our driver Singh was also wonderful and patient with us, helping to translate when we got stuck. Can I also mention that the bath robes that you have, may be the most Confort able robe I have ever experienced on a property. I may have to order one from you! Be sure to keep them! If I were to say one thing that could have been improved, it would have been to have a good billiard cue in the rack, or available to use. I loved playing late into the evening with one of the trophy bars amazing drinks. I can't wait to tell my family and friends about the palace. Even though we live on the other side of the planet, we are already planning another trip for next year. Please thank the entire staff for us! We will be looking forward to another incredible experience!

We had two nights stay in the palace. Starting from the feel of the palace to the exquisite service of staff, everything was perfect. Special reference to Sikander ji who helped us with the palace tour and all the information. He was very helpful and offered us an amazing experience. Moreover the restaurant and the service was very nice..everyone made us feel like as guest in their home. Thank you

From the moment you exit your car, you amazed by the welcome of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is fantastic and the dining staff very attentive. The chef appears to make sure you have enjoyed your meal and do no require something extra, or a snack to take with you. We were lucky enough to have a tour of the hotel including the Mararani suite. With a very knowledgeable man who had worked at the hotel for 39 years.
