Our entire experience was adequately good with polite customer and room service, friendly managers, clean rooms, hygienic bathrooms among everything else. We were truly satisfied with all our needs. I'd highly recommend this to fellow travellers.

Though the hotel seems good, we booked 10 days prior and when we reached the hotel, we were informed no-booking for us. The hotel is fully sold. The central reservation team is not picking the phone. Despite showing emails for booking confirmation with so many folks copied on the email, we were simply declined. The GM said, he cant do anything, and was not sharing contact details of any senior folks. I understand, some gaps may happen by oversight, however the GM was expected to be very considerate & sympathetic; however he was not initially; and gave alternate option only after wasting 1 crucial hour of our vacation. Finally, when we made some noise, we were offered rooms at another nearby hotel.

Very tasty food. Regional Denmark Rajastan. Sensational. I would recommend. A great atmosphere, a nice service. Hotel in a city typical of the city, among local stalls, India atmosphere right behind the hotel door. I would highly recommend

Good Hotel. Very friendly and cooperative staff, and efficient service. Food quality and taste both are good. Can be selected for family trips as well as for large group tours too. Conveyence is easily available near hotel.

Everything was great. Big spacious and clean rooms. Staffs are courteous, polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast is good to start your day. Location is great situated on central Jodhpur near to mehrangarh fort and clock tower. The only disappointing point is overly priced food ala carte menu.

Great place in Jodhpur as compared to other stay in Rajasthan. Deluxe room are convient to stay,spacious but need to work on Hot water and air conditioner. Food seevice was great as they have buffet option but in my pacakage we ordered separately but overall is great. Staff were helpful and managers very taking personal attention to every guest.

Our stay at the Truly Rudransh truly exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, spotlessly clean rooms, and a fantastic location that put us within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The breakfast and Dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options. Mr.Mahendra Singh was a friendly and helpful person , Thank you so much We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jodhpur Sri Lanka
