Tree Of Life Bhadrajun House, Jodhpur

Our 3 night stay at this hotel was |memorable because of the hospitality and great service by all staff. ||We needed a thermometer at 9 pm due to an illness and one of the staff promptly got us one from a store.||The Chef, Mr. Shyam Sharma went out of his way to cook special meals without chilli, spices and tomatoes to accommodate my food restrictions. The food was very delicious and his effort is much appreciated! ||The location is in a quiet neighborhood with greenery. We would strongly recommend this comfortable and conveniently located hotel to anyone visiting Jodhpur.

Really lovely room and garden with a beautiful pool. The staff are so helpful they could not do enough for us. Food delicious. We requested a tour and that was arranged. As we had to leave before breakfast they provided a packed meal without us requesting it!I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff is extremely polite, courteous and helpful. The location is conveniently close to good food places and far away from center congestion. The food served was good. The rooms are extremely comfortable, aesthetic and large with a perfect bath. The best part of the property is the outer garden and reading area. Hands down the best stay among multiple stays in Rajasthan. High value for money, highly recommend.

Stayed at this lovely hotel in family holiday with our adult children. |The staff are very hospitable , polite , and helpful. |No request was too much.|The rooms are immaculate and amenities wonderful!|Very comfortable beds and clean rooms .|The chef personally came to our table to take our orders and and modifications were acknowledged and delivered .|An item that was not available in our first night was made for the next night and we were informed this was ready for tonight's dinner.|Can't recommend this small but very elegant , clean hotel - a cut above !

We really enjoyed our stay at Jodhpur property. Being a pet friendly property, our pet (German Shepherd) was also with us. Staff was really helpful and understanding and they tried their best to fulfil our requirements. Will recommend others to visit this property and make your trip a memorable one.

We stayed in this lovely property for two days. This is a cute and cozy property which gives you a haveli feel and a home away from home. The best thing is everything is in a short distance. A big shout out to the staff for their friendly and cooperative behaviour and awesome food.

This is a very beautiful property with a pool and nice garden. We were traveling with our pet who had a field day running around the lawns. Very clean and decent sized rooms and bathrooms with all amenities. A special word for Piyush who manages the property who was super helpful and made our stay comfortable. The staff members also were very polite and responsive. All in all, an enjoyable and memorable stay.

I booked a hotel named Tree of life in jodhpur through Goibibo which was non-cancellable. I booked a room with single queen sized bed but was given a twin bed room. I contacted the customer care immediately (within 15-20 mins) and told about the problem. I was told that they have contacted the hotel and that I will have to pay 1500 extra for room upgrade. I denied as I had booked a queen room and was given this one why the extra money. Then I was told that my booking would be cancelled and he has talked to the hotel regarding full refund and that my money would be refunded. I booked hotel elsewhere by physically calling the hotel. But I didn't get message of confirmation. In next 12-16 hours I called Goibibo 6-7 times to confirm the status of return and cancellation finally it was cancelled. I contacted the hotel too twice. I was given assurance that they are working on the refund and it will take 4-5 days. Despite of calling several times the answer remained the same. I was not given refund. Assurances were only given. It's a broad day light robbery. These people are not owing up to Their mistake even after bringing the mistake into picture within 20mins. And the item is not perishable as such. Even for perishable item Swiggy Zomato refunds if there is some problem in food and you inform them within time that you want to cancel the order. Pathetic service from Goibibo and the hotel.||||On the part of hotel it's pathetic and non-professional if they are not approving my cancellation even after not being able to provide the requisite bed and being informed 20mins after booking. My good friends are there in hospitality industry they have customer satisfaction first approach. Someone so shrewd in hospitality industry is really amusing and astonishing. i think that they would be robbing their customers by adding fraudulent charges; would be acting arrogant.
